Purchased an accessory cable. The cable did not fit properly. I brought the cable back and an untrained unqualified cashier stated "we do not do returns". I asked her where the "no returns" policy was posted, and she told me on the receipt. The first line after the dollar amount on the receipt is "Metro by T-Mobile will gladly assist with your return. Return a device or accessory within 14 days". I pointed this out to the untrained unqualified cashier, and she then proceeded to tell me she was not authorized to do returns. I asked her to contact a supervisor so she could do her job. She referred me to "611". I stated that would connect me with my Verizon account. She then looked rather surprised and asked why I didn't purchase the cable at Verizon. Well, if I ever need a phone or accessories, I will indeed purchase from Verizon. The staff here appears incapable of proper customer service or logical thinking.

They have the worst customer service ever. I called to see if they have a phone in stock because i live in Buellton and who ever answered the phone said "i cant tell you over the phone you will have to come in to the store" i told her i need to know before i come in because i live in Buellton i dont want to drive for nothing and she said ohh i dont care where u live u still have to come in. Are you serious. I called the other metropcs by Walmart and they were able to tell me. I went over there and i got the best customer service ever also the best deals. They have a lot of phone accessories i would recommend everyone to go there.

The Store Manager was very friendly and very helpful. She convinced me to upgrade my account and get a tablet. She also took the time to show me how to use it after she set it up. Any time I come to the store I always get great customer service.

This starts out ugh..but ends way way Good ..ibought a phone 3/5/19 & had some REAL problems w/it the very next day Soooo of course I went back really couldn't get anything solved w/out the manager being there(or so ithought) anyway I waited another day went in left a heated detailed note 4the manager..then again I went back & I was all ready 2return the phone & get my money back BUT 2MY SURPRISE THE MANAGER & ASSOCIATE WORKING KNEW EXACTLY WHAT 2DO...ILEFT OVER THE MOON IF U R N NEED OF A PHONE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO 2 METRO PCS ON H street THEY R EXCELLENT....LOVE UGUYS BIG UP'S....lisamarie Gilbert "Taz"

Charged me money when trying to switch to a phone and they couldn't do their job so they wanted to keep charging me more money. They dont know how to do their job, better off at the Metro on W Central :))

I've been waiting for 30 min. The sign says they open at 9am, its now past 9:30 and still no one here. Who ever opens up the store in the morning really sucks at their job.

Super helpful with reactivating my fiancee's phone. Of the two store fronts here in Lompoc this on is always the most helpful.
