I brought my engagement ring in to get fixed; one of the secondary diamonds came off. It only took them a few ours to fix my ring at a low price of $35! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I will be coming back if I need another piece of jewelry fixed.

Went in with a broken clasp on my necklace. Part of it needed to be bent back into place. The gentleman at the counter took it to the back and fixed it in 30 seconds. I asked how much it would cost. (Even though it took less than a minute I figured it'd cost at least $5-$10). But he insisted that it was free. Good... read full comment

Helpful and friendly, they replaced a watch battery for me quickly and didn’t overcharge me.
