What an amazing, caring , compassionate facility. Luckily my fur baby was fine, but I saw they had private rooms, for mourning or waiting. The vet was so kind. They even feed you a bit and offer coffee in case you've been up all night. I was blown away.

Service was great but their policy is ridiculous!! We had a feral cat who was terrifying all my tenants including the pets. I rented a cage a caught the feral cat after two days of trying. I returned it to the pound - after a few days they returned this feral cat back to our property. Now AGAIN it's terrifying all our tenants again. I thought they would try to get it up for adoption. They won't come out to deal with feral cats but gladly return it back. Unbelievable!!!!

What do these people do all day just sit around and get paid to do nothing I've called all 3 locations and no answer just an option to leave a message no wonder people throw animals in the river bed how are these people even open still

Horrible people it took them two days to pick up a deceased dog on the side of the road and all they said when we call "oh we'll get to it" it was just disgusting to bad I didn't get that person name

My daughter and I love to come and visit frequently to give our love to the animals. We have adopted a kitten here, was easy they gave us so much info he is the best cat I have ever had. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable!
