Our Lazyboy electric recliner suddenly stopped reclining. My wife needs the chair so she can sleep after her surgery. We explained what was going on and how critical the chair was for my wife to sleep. Since they could not reach the usual repairman. The managers figured out what the issue was, they came up to our house. They fixed the issue. The chair is now working. Yeah. I call that way beyond normal service. High marks from us. Disks knowledge was very helpful for us to decide. My dog got sprayed by a skunk which now I'm kind of happy not for my dog but that we need some new furniture Thank you Dirk for taking the time with us. Will be back. We found a very comfortable good priced sofa

Sneaky business! My husband and I purchased a "lazy boy" sectional from this establishment with a warranty about 3 years ago. For the past 7 months we have been trying to get assistance with our couch. The cushions are deflated as well as the backing is drooping. The store told us to contact lazy boy and that they couldn't help... we reached out to lazy boy and after the run around for 4 months finally got thru to someone to find out the couch IS NOT a lazy boy! It's an "affliate" of lazy boy... the business owners LIED to us! We paid over $3,000 specifically because it was a lazy boy. It gets better... since this isn't a true lazy boy and we purchased it from this store- lazy boy won't send a technician out to see us, but gave us a number of an old technician that used to work there that was still in our area. He came out in January, charged a service fee of $40, and haven't heard from him since... we have tried the store again and they don't return our calls.BUYER BEWARE

Worst place to buy furniture I bn waiting for almost 3 months for 1 couch , and no phone calls or anything, I try calling and they won't answer, I wouldn't recommend this place to buy furniture at all ..
