“I will start by saying that I have a Michael's addiction. I love arts and crafts AND I love a bargain. I saw about 3 employees close to closing. It seemed like every time I needed something, they were available. When they didn't know an answer to my question about a particular item they spoke with another employee who could. I knew they were close to closing and tried to hurry and rush out but they repeatedly told me to take my time. Although I appreciated that, I left as soon as I could because those types of customers infuriated me when I worked in retail. I will definitely be back because they always seem to have great sales and discounts.”

“It's a small town craft store. It's not as big as the one in Santa Maria, but I wouldn't expect it to be. It has plenty of arts and crafts that are small town needs so we don't have to travel out of town for everything. They're always having sales. The staff are friendly and have no problem helping you find what you need.”
