“I've always had a good experience shopping there. Friendly and helpful staff, decent prices, but since they've limited their hours to weekdays only, closing at 5pm, and not open on weekends at all, many people aren't able to go there. I've never heard of a retailer having such limited hours. I can only imagine how much business they've lost because of this.”
“Our Lazyboy electric recliner suddenly stopped reclining. My wife needs the chair so she can sleep after her surgery. We explained what was going on and how critical the chair was for my wife to sleep. Since they could not reach the usual repairman. The managers figured out what the issue was, they came up to our house. They fixed the issue. The chair is now working. Yeah. I call that way beyond normal service. High marks from us. “We bought our sectional a couple of weeks ago and are so happy with it. Crystal was very helpful. We had to postpone our delivery because our sliding glass doors were too small for the sectional to go through. She rescheduled the delivery to accommodate the window repairmen.
