I switched over and they were very helpful with things that aren't even part of their job! Like helping me transfer my numbers and redownload my apps. They even helped me log back into all my apps even though the only information I had was my email. 10/10 customer service!

Viki and Pedro were very helpful, they solved all my problems and showed me how to change my settings to how I wanted them, great customer service

I have NO cell service constantly , I can't make or receive calls from my home , in town .
