We love to get sodas there and flavored hot chocolate. Snacks on the way out of town are the best! They even have gluten free snacks! I'm always welcome with a smile. The workers are fast, never have to wait long.

Circle K sinking to a new low! I have avoided this place like the plague since staff do nothing to discourage every POS drug addict from making this their hangout.Today I observed a local “house” parked when I passed at 4:30pm, while passing over two hours (yes 2) later said “house” had not moved an inch. I could not resist pulling in to make this common knowledge.I will continue to support 7-11 directly across the street and not have to deal with the “Circle K clientele”.

3 visa gift cards were purchased ($50 each) at this location on 6/12/20. They were distributed to our employees that afternoon. On 6/19/20 I was notified by our employees that the gift cards were not working, as it appeared that the cards were not authorized at the store. I collected the gift cards that following Monday and was able to go to the store yesterday 6/30/20 with the cards and the receipt of purchase. There was not a manager present at the store, and the employee recommended that I visit the store today 7/1/20 between 6 am and 4 pm to speak with Dawn. Wow, what a mistake that was. I would have been better off talking to a brick wall. She was extremely rude and offered NO solutions to rectify the problem, instantly blaming the newly hired cashier for the mistake. She blamed me for "bringing in old gift cards" and kept blaming the accounting office in Arizona for past issues with gift cards. She, as a manager, is responsible for taking accountability for her employees actions and/or mistakes. If there are issues...it is HER job is to figure out solutions. She flippantly walked away from me TWO times while I was attempting to explain the situation to her. The first time she walked away, she walked away mid-conversation and went into a back area for about 5 minutes. I had to ask the woman at the register if Dawn was coming back. After finally returning, she told me in an accusatory tone that there was nothing that could be done bc i only had the gift cards and not the original packaging. She begrudgingly took down my information and I asked if she would be able to contact me on Friday to let me know the status...in which she said "NO". She then brought up another current store issue that she is having with another set of visa gift cards and said that it had already been over 3 weeks and she could STILL not figure out how to rectify that problem. She again walked away from me while we were talking. Instead of having a private conversation we were now talking from across the store in front of at least 5 other patrons as she belittled me and repeatedly said, "ok, bye". I am sorry, but I am not willing to wait 3 weeks to get a refund or new gift cards, especially after dealing with her. I would like a resolution to this problem as soon as possible, as I am currently out about $165--with no hope that Dawn will actually try to do her job (she seems incapable of even training new employees how to use the register...). I would HIGHLY HIGHLY reconsider her position as a manager at that store, as she has absolutely no idea how customer service works. As a manager myself, I would NEVER throw my own employees under the bus, toss blame on to customers, or leave customers feeling ripped off/scammed. I am absolutely put off by this experience at your establishment and cannot reiterate enough how out of line the store manager was...and how embarrassing it is for your company to employ a person like that--especially an employee in a managerial position. Please do something about her.On a positive note, every other employee that I have encountered here have been great. This 1 star rating is in no way a reflection of my interactions with them.

While in the store this morning with my son buying coffees the clerk with a long pony tail cursed at my son and I before saying a few hateful and racist remarks he should clearly stick to taking out the trash and standing around smoking cigarettes rather then dealing with customers he obviously doesn't have the education or patience to do any kind of customer service work shame on Circle K for allowing him to continue working with the public!

I went here yesterday to get a coffee drink and I was disgusted I will never be back!!! 5 homeless camped out in the front of the store with all there belongings trash literally everywhere even to the back of the gas station.. and not to mention the massive pile of bird p*** as you walk in the front door need I say more.... clean it up absolutely disgusting!
