I got in and out in less than 30 minutes, and no charge to rotate my tires! I had no idea they offered this service for free when I called for an appointment. I also didn’t realize they do oil changes and other regular maintenance on cars. I will definitely be coming back. Everyone at the shop was friendly and professional. A very positive experience!

Brakes & rotors were grinding. They were able to order the parts within the hour and I was able to get back on the road in no time. Very friendly, helpful and affordable. Loved their service!

Went to one spot to get an oil change and they tried to over charge me for drain plug but when I went to Big Brand they got me right in and replaced the old plug with no extra charge or hassle! I highly recommend Big Brand. Great place and great customer service!!

Best thing make an appointment they are BUSY ON SATURDAYS. Very friendly and nice and HONEST will not tell you, you need something when you don't.

The service was great very friendly. It only took about an hour to get my tires put on. The only reason I gave a four was because they said the tires I ordered on line did not fit my car so I had to purchase a more expensive tire brand they had in stock. The original tires I bought were suggested to me by the site for my car. Need to fix the website maybe?

Friendly and fast service. The man that helped us at the front desk was very nice. He couldn’t get the tv to work for my toddlers and let us use an iPad to watch cartoons.

Had a low tire so stopped by with no appointment. Last time I got tires was over 70,000 miles (7 years) so I knew it would be soon. They took me in showed me my tread and explained it was time for new tires. I was expecting that so it was not just trying to up sale me. Got new tires and out within 1 hour. Very pleased.
