Diana was GREAT! She answered the phone quickly and politely and gave me options for a balloon bouquet for my son's birthday surprise. And then -- she suggested a gift basket filled with Nick's favorite savory treats -- all within budget. Bella's is my favorite go-to Lompoc florist (I live in Arizona; my son is in Lompoc). It really is true that it's not what you know, it's who you know (and what THEY know!), and I'm thrilled that I now know Diana. You ROCK!

I'm an out of town florist, who called needing flowers for my step-mom's (who is also a florist) Fathers's funeral. When I called, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. When the flowers arrived, they exceeded expectations. The arrangement was fresh and included high end florals, which were arranged beautifully. As a Florist, I would highly recommend this flower shop!!!

DO NOT USE this company they have HORRIBLE service! The so called owner is RUDE and makes excuses for not having an order delivered on time. I placed an order 11 days in advance so there would not be any issues. They called my mother-in-law to let her know that they did not have part of the order so they would deliver tomorrow. I requested the 21st and they still haven't been delivered and it's already 6pm. I called to find out where my order was and the owner immediately got combative and loud instead of explaining the situation and apologizing for their screw up!Under performers to say the least and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They have a TON OF EXCUSES AND ARGUE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR ISSUES! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Received delivered flowers from my girlfriends in April for my birthday and they were so beautiful. The colors, the choice of flowers, etc. Was even told how to make them last longer when they were delivered. Could not quit staring at them! The photos do no justice at all! ❤️

We hired Blake for our Wedding and we could not be happier we did. Blake was professional, communicative and kind. He spent a lot of time listening to what our vision for the wedding flowers is. He was flexible multiple times when we changed our minds about adding and subtracting flowers. We also really felt that his pricing was fair and that he did a fantastic job with setting all the flowers up. I emailed him asking for some sunflowers to be incorporated into the flowers in honor of my dad who passed- Blake gave us a whole bouquet of sunflowers at no additional cost. We thought this was generous, thoughtful and really speaks to the kind of person-centered service that he provides. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Blake for making our day so special!

Blake did a wonderful job on the Birthday bouquet for my sister. They had the most beautiful color purple carnations, the Moon Vista series. So he put together a blend of purples, my sister's favorite color. These pictures don't do it justice.
