“I called in the morning and asked about getting a front brake job done. Gentleman on the phone let me know the price and how long it would take to complete. After about 20 minutes, I took it down to the shop and met the Gentleman named Francisco. Very kind and respectful. Said it would take about 2 hours and that after our conversation, he got the parts from the auto parts store when we had hung up. Started the job about 11:45 am, had my car back at 1:30pm. Great service and even gave me recommendations with prices. Will be going back. Keeping our dollars local.”

“I was in Lompoc the other day out of storage locker and as I was getting ready to leave I was told I had a screw in my front tire , how convenient the tire shop was about 600 feet away . Camarena’s tires the technician pulled the screw out, put some soap and water on the tire and it was all good. These guys were fast and efficient very friendly service.”

“From the start to finish, I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism conducted here.
I came without an appointment to get work done on my AC unit. They took me in quick and easy. After completing my inspection there were a couple of other issues with my vehicle that P & L advised me of with very reasonable pricing. It was the first time that instead of telling me what was wrong they actually provided proof/photos and showed me the issues and priority level in the order I should take care of them. While I waited, they happily offered to give me a ride home!
To close out the job, they also test drove my vehicle for me to ensure the job they did was complete. They earned a loyal customer out of myself.
You can tell that they take pride in their work and want to make sure they are providing adequate service, and not out to take your money. Very friendly atmosphere with the other members and customers that came in. You can tell they earned the loyalty of those that choose them over other shops evidently so.”
