I come here because it’s conveniently near my job, but the service is always slow. They need one of those ATM’s that dispenses bills of all kinds. Being rude to me doesn’t help when I’ve already been waiting.

I went to this Branch about 3 weeks ago with a bunch of rolled coins, had the teller Jacqueline and she was not very happy to take them, and I went back later that same day with more and she told me she could not take them and to go to another branch. I went to the branch at Skypark today and they were very happy to take them will never go the lomita branch again

I read through the reviews, and I found a name of a teller that I had a similar experience with. Short Hispanic with glasses working on February 21, at about 4:30-4:35 pm. Came in to make a couple of deposits and had no prior issues at different banks. Once she counted all the money she stated there could not be any change given due to company policy and that if I wanted to get the deposits done I had to give the full amount or nothing at all. Never heard of this being done at any other bank so it did raise a few red flags to me. Didn't feel comfortable with her attitude nor did I feel like I was being received by an employee who was happy to take me in like the ladies down the street at the other Wells Fargo at the shopping center. Apart from all of this her attitude was so bad I think she just wanted to leave at that point telling the other woman working with her to close the doors prior to be leaving. Poor attitude all around. I spoke to the helpful people at the other Wells Fargo and asked about that policy but there were no policies like that at all.

I think I may change banks soon. They have been having issues. I have been a customer for over a decade. There customer service is better than most but is too inconsistent between different physical locations.

This is my clients bank. I've been there about 4 time, 3 out of 4 I was able to cash a check made out to cash there with no problem. Last week I went to cash the check and the teller, Olga, said, "we don't cash checks made out to cash, even though I had two pieces of identification." She said, "we (the 3 tellers there that day), don't do that." Then she asked "do you know the name of the teller who cashed it?" "No," replied, noticing she was not wearing a name tag so I took her name down. My client also called ahead of time to make sure there wouldn't be an charges or problems--which I guess the other tellers are ok with. DON"T ALL OF THE TELLERS AT WELLS FARGO OPERATE UNDER THE SAME RULES? I've never had to take names during my transition! This was quite frustrating and I'd say a bad stain in their customer service. I'd never get an account here after that fiasco! Bad on you tellers!I've heard through a friend that Wells Fargo were having problems and I can see why!

My husband and I have been banking over 20 years. My husband recently started going to this branch the last few months. On June 6 or 7th. He went inside to make a deposit during his lunch time & the female teller was so rude to him that he left & went to another office. She threw a paper at him saying he needs to fill out a form & never has had to do that in the last 20 years we've been going there. She should have offered to fill it out for him & had him sign it. He told her she's so rude he will go to a different office. She threw the form at him & he went to another office & no form to fill out. You better check out your employees as they need to learn customer service. Very unacceptable

Small full service Wells Fargo branch location with bankers, tellers, and ATMs. Clean and well maintained facility.Tellers were efficient and friendly, everyone wore masks. There were no deposit or withdrawal slips as everything can now be done by using your debit or ATM card.

They only get one because, you can't give 0, first we had to wait for bankers to get in, then a simple wire transfer was not done correctly, no one was there who could fix it or help you for 2 days. How does a major bank work like that. All our accounts there were closed the next day
