This place used to be a premium wash. You now have to get tokens to wash your vehicle, which is fine but now each token is less time. The soap is super diluted and I feel like my vehicle didn’t get clean at all. With only tokens be accepted, I put my token in for the vacuum and that doesn’t work. Overall it’s a bad place save yourself some time and drive a couple blocks down to the lomita dollar wash.

When using the self wash and paying by card. The unit says it charged 5 dollars to your card when in reality they charged you 10. Rip off

Vacuums are always clogged so I wasted $2 on 2 different machines- AND NOW THEY TRAP YOU WITH TOKENS-no contact number to contact the business

This place is horrible and incredibly overpriced! Their equipment is old and beat up so the wash you receive is not worth the money at all. I recommend you find another place otherwise you'll be left with having to rewash your vehicle and drying it because of all of the leftover water when you could have done a better job with a water hose. Go somewhere else!

!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!ACTIVE CREDIT CARD GOUGINGMy car had some tree sap on it so I used the self-serve car wash bay instead of the drive through. It's the usual set-up where you select what you want on the dial (soap wash, soap brush, rinse, wax, etc.), put in quarters, grab the wand to wash your car moving the dial to rinse or wax as you go. This machine had a credit card payment option as well as quarters, but it was not clear what you would be paying. I was short on quarters so used my card thinking it would be the same. NOPE. Later I checked my credit card app and I had a $10 charge for 3 or 4 minutes of washing time. No way they charge that when using quarters. THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE IS UNETHICAL SPREAD THE WORD !!!

Paid for the $12 wash in the drive thru. What a mistake. Front license plate frame broke off, license plate bent and soap did not rinse off of my expedition. After pulling forward to vacuum I noticed the soap all on the back window and that a mounding on my front was knocked loose, I hit it back in - no problem. It seems like for the price I should have received more that the 60 second wash and a more thorough rinse. I get my vehicle is not a car but the wash system should measure the vehicle and proceed accordingly. I've been coming here since they built this wash but doubt I'll be coming back. It's been years since I've seen a live body service in his location.

Just drove through car wash heard something odd pulled out car was still dirty as if not washed more importantly paint was horribly stripped off the drivers side of door!! Ugh I'm furious this is BS no one there to talk too... took video of the paint that peeled off inside drive through!! Feb 15 20023

I have a Tesla, and they sit low to the ground. It's not recommended that they go through car wash establishments with tire tracks, this one doesn't have the tracks. I can drive my car in and out.Occasionally, the machine doesn't work to accept cash, and I hate that you have to get tokens to use the vacuum. Other than that, I'm there a few times a month to wash my car.Service: Auto detailing

Used the drive in car wash. The directions are clear enough, however the lights as in the green lights red lights the stop and go do not work well. It stayed on red light while we were supposed to drive through for the rims and the whole time it had us stopped per the red light. Grimey dried on soap left on the car as we only had 10 left to dry and it didn't make a pass for the rinse cycle. Terrible.

The no spot rinse is supposed to have distilled water and they put regular water which causes SPOTS like CRAZY on my car. You guys are crooks for doing this. I'm never coming back
