“We recently dropped off a U-Haul truck and Dolly here and Jeff Garrido helped us out. He was very friendly and made our return super easy. We actually rented the U-Haul and Dolly from another U-Haul distributor in Rancho Cucamonga and dropping items off in Hawthorne and didn't want to incur any extra charges so we asked for the drop-off to take place here. We dropped everything off at 11:40 a.m. and Jeff took care of it quickly and we were out the door in about 10 minutes. Thank you Jeff and the whole U-Haul crew!”

“This was my second time using Budget and I was not very happy with the level of customer service or product I received the first time at another location but I tried to be optimistic and tried them out again for a second move. This office in Long Beach was a breath of fresh air! The staff were attentive, respectful, and friendly and the truck I drove away with was clean, ran well, and even had AC (imagine that - you gotta read my other review)! It was a pleasure working with this location on both the pick up and drop off and I will definitely consider Budget again but only through this office.”

“I went to get boxes, I was walking after inquiring if the indeed had the sizes I needed I was told by a gentleman there were no Med. boxes, a women employee said yes there were, he said again no not any not one. She looked at me ( she was helping another customer) & said give me a moment please I will help you, I said ok. After ( witch was only a moment) she helped me. Not only did she know where one was but she knew were 40 were she helped me gather them up showed me how if you mix match the direction they take up less space helped me wrap them with my string and helped me package them in what I had brought large Ikea bags with heavy duty string to make an extra handle. She was brilliant I can't give any more than five stars but she should get 25 Stars I worked in retail for over 40 years and this woman her name is Patricia deserves some type of reward or at least acknowledgment which I hope this is doing for her this review to show that how she works and treats customers is exemplary. I need some more boxes and I will be going back to this store because of Patricia and I don't just tell people about bad experience I tell people about good experiences and trust me I'll be telling a lot of people about this store and the way Patricia made me feel comfortable and respected like people should treat each other she is by far not the normal but she should be thank you Patricia I hope we meet again the next time I'm at your store.”

“This was a great experience renting a moving van. Steve was more than helpful. He came to my house and picked me up to get the van. The rental process was very simple and the price was very reasonable. Returning the van was as simple as driving up, parking and dropping off the keys. “Everything was as good as it could be.The staff was courteous, the process extremely easy and quick, no hidden charges, and the vehicle was in terrific shape.Got an extension without any hassle, and returned it one day late without receiving any notice or harassing emails.Price was fair, as well. The daily charge was a great deal---the mileage charge is fairly steep with these brand new Silverados, but I will still use Uhaul next time, anyway, even if I have to do a lot of driving.Cannot get better than that.I would even consider Uhaul as a means of renting a vehicle if I have car problems, because the service was so much better than car renters', who are incredibly dishonest in comparison, and make the process much more complicated.Thank you, UHaul.I don't get to write reviews like this one too often.Outstanding.”

“Great experience renting a truck from this place. They had the truck I reserved and we’re nice and friendly. Truck was clean and everything went well. Only issue was when I went to return the truck after hours the food truck people parked their cars the way of where I was supposed to return the truck, but that wasn’t the uhaul people’s fault.”
