It's a drive through but not well managed in my opinion. Bit less experienced crew... Its the slowest location I've seen. Probably says something about their management.

I don't recommend this Starbucks, I go to all in the harbor area but this one here never gets the Pink Drink correct they use too much coconut milk, it's like paying $5.65 for a cup of milk. I gave them plenty of chances but no more.

This place keeps disappointing. No matter how many times we try out our usual orders or different drinks, it’s always missing something and never done exactly how we order it. Mind you we only ask for an extra pump or an extra shot, and they do the exact opposite!. Need better training.We don’t mind waiting in line, as long as the order goes is done with care to be honest!Be aware.

Super disappointed to order a large latte and to get home and discover the barista failed to add espresso and had given me nothing more than a steaming cup of milk with vanilla flavoring.

Customer service has gone downhill at this location within the last year and the afternoon staff is the worst. The morning staff is great, but those that work in the evening at this particular location are rude, slow and incompetent. The girl at the drive-thru this evening had the audacity to tell me that I had to wait for my drinks since I placed the order through the mobile app. She was rude and impolite about the matter. Never mind the fact that if I ordered my drinks through the little drive-thru instead of the app, she would've been forced to make them right then and there. The look on her face was priceless when I demanded my money back immediately. She somehow thought I was going to go park and wait five minutes for my refund. This particular incompetent employee even refunded more money than I actually paid for my drinks. Thank you for that lol. I am a daily customer at Starbucks and I guarantee you that this will change because every time I go there in the afternoon, they always seem to make mistakes or not do their jobs properly. Peet's coffee is better anyways.

Came here on a Sunday morning a few weeks ago. My husband's turkey bacon breakfast sandwich was cold. We had driven off and had to be somewhere so we couldn't go back to ask them to heat it up. That was pretty disappointing, and very unpleasant to eat. They also forgot to give me utensils for my food. I don't know why they would've rushed with our food, when the line wasn't too busy. Idk what the deal was, but not a great experience.

I come here often, but today, no more. There was a young girl named Vanessa who was so rude! I even asked her if she was OK and she was rude. I thought to myself, whatever it is, leave it at the door. People spend their hard-earned money right now to enjoy a cup of coffee, not to have some young girls' energy try to ruin your whole day. Starbucks has the best coffee, but with energy like that serving people, I'd rather go somewhere else. When I received my two drinks, I even said thank you so much and she ignored me. Will not be back
