This day, May 27, there was a woman in the checkout area, very annoying, very poorly spoken, bad attitude, no good customer service, terrible customer service, they should change those people, the store is good, but the staff, very bad service, that woman doesn't have good service, bad She is a tall blonde, she is in the checkout area, I think she is the only blonde lady.service, change it

Kevin a worker at this store was rude to my senior citizen mother when she asked for a senior discount he ignored her to chat with his coworker while she stood there waiting. She’s has arthritis etc The guy is lazy, and inconsiderate when I asked him about change for cash he rolled his eyes I feel he is racist because he then proceeded to call me a creep and got in my face when I told him I was writing a review he said go ahead and I snapped a photo and he got an attitude and yelled at me and told me to get out . My mother is scared to shop at this store now it was my first time showing her a savers. Very sad that people can’t get kind people that are helpful that work at these stores are just ghetto and dangerous he was out of control

On Friday May 3, 2004 I donated a pick up truck load of bags of clothing to Savers. By mistake I also included 3 bags of my own stuff worth quite a bit of money ($500-1000 value). The next day I realized my mistake and went back to the store. They had me fill out a form and said they would let me know when found. On Sunday I also sent them an email detailing my problem. Then I went back on Monday and gave them a print out of my missing items and spoke to the manager concerning the matter. I have not heard back from them as of today May 11. Certainly enough time to find the items (8 days). As a FOR PROFIT thrift store they are under an obligation to return items donated by mistake. I guess they liked my mistake and put the items out for sale or kept them for themselves. That is the only logical conclusion. I am 72 years old, under extreme financial distress and need those items to sell and pay bills. But SAVERS of Lomita evidently puts profits over people and money over morals. Do not do business with SAVERS of Lomita!

Used to be my favorite thrift store but workers are rude, and make up rules. Had the worst experience ever. Multiple people were unable to buy items from the employees working today. OVER PRICED TOO. Actually check the value or original cost before buying here because they up-sell free used clothes given to them. Never going back or donating at this location again.

ENOUGH VARIETY BUT THE COSTS ARE VERY HIGH FOR SECOND-HAND CLOTHING. WITH THOSE COSTS 1 DOLLAR TO 2 DOLLARS MORE BUY NEW CLOTHING AT DJI MAX ROSS BETTER

This place is so overpriced, it’s ridiculous.
I don’t know what has gotten into this establishment but it seems pricier each time I go. I’ve donated many things in the past but I don’t think I’ll be donating anything here anymore. The prices are higher than buying new items sometimes. How does that make sense. Thrift stores should be affordable but these days it seems that is no longer the case.
