“When I walked in, there was a line of people waiting for services. A gentleman was by himself, but he was taking care of every single customer with care and providing services they needed. I cracked front and back of my cellphone so needed an immediate service. My phone is 4 years old so three stores I went prior didn't have a touchscreen replacement, but this store did! “I contacted South Bay Mobile Repairs to see if they could repair the cracked screen of my Note 8. Since my phone is so old and they don't make it anymore, I wasn't sure if they would be able to. To my surprise, they said they could order the screen and replace it! They saved me from having to purchase a new phone! They are super courteous, and professional!
