Classy place, Pendleton store with very friendly staff. I was running late, I called them ahead and asked the staff what time they close they said 6:00 P.M. they asked me why I said I’m on the freeway and trying to make it before you guys close because my father in in law and I want to purchase 2 Pendletons. They said we’ll be here. It was 6:15P.M. and they kept the store. Such a great experience. Who does that? McKenna’s Sore does that! They have my business there. Going back for more merchandise. You can count on that. Love my 2 Pendletons that I purchased from McKennas Store.

Wow hands down BEST order process and shipping ever. I received my package within about 48 hrs from when I ordered. Also such great packaging. I will DEFINITELY continue to buy Pendleton on there website and look forward to visiting the store soon.

My dad loves his pendleton. I usually order them online from the company. He recently lost a lot of weight. So, we needed to find a place he could try them on. He went from a 4x to a 2x. They had all the newest styles and colors. He picked 2 new gorgeous ones for xmas. They are not cheap! 180 bucks each for the wool real deal ones.

Great selection of Pendletons here. I love that they let you try everything on. The staff here was extremely helpful. I found what was unavailable on the actual Pendelton site. This place is definitely worth the drive. A nice added bonus is the store offers to steam the shirt for you and provide a nice zip cover. Full service here!

Very bad experience simply trying to exchange something. It was painfully obvious an employee decided my tattoos and mixed race gave her an opportunity to talk down to me and make me uncomfortable. It was a gift (still in the box with all the famcy stuff inside untouched) & I didn't like it but you would think I did something wrong by trying to return it. I was just asking for an exchange. She could have easily made things right instead it was painfully obvious she enjoyed the power in not doing so. It may just be this one employee who has issues or maybe the whole store. I felt so humiliated my family and I will probably never shop there again.

Biggest selection of Pendleton's around. Store is always well organized and neat and clean. Even last minute I've called paid over the phone had it steamed/ironed and put on a hanger and just swung by to pick up. They have always made everything easy peasy for me! Been coming here for years. Not once have they ever made me feel uncomfortable!!! All the employees make you feel so comfortable you end up staying in the store longer and spending more money ...every penny here is well spent. No complaints here !!!
