Contacted them on behalf of family member loooking for sleep apnea equipment. They failed to quickly respond to my message. But once I called back and spoke with a sales person, I was given very complete and accurate information relating to how to proceed, the options, the costs and maintenance. Very informative and was given sufficient details to be able to make a decision. Ultimately, family member opted to go with another option but appreciated the helpful advice.
