Stopped in while I was in the area needing 4 TPMS sensors installed. I had the sensors in hand and planned to do the programming myself with my own Autel tool — same one they use. Simple job: break the bead, swap the sensor, done.
Tried explaining my situation to the guy working there, but he wasn’t interested in hearing it. Just told me to “pull up and park.” I had to repeat myself multiple times before he finally listened: no programming, just install the sensors.
Once he realized I had my own programmer, he quoted me $75 per tire — for a job that’s less labor than a flat repair. I asked what they charge for a flat fix: $25 per tire. So why triple the price for less work? After I pushed back, he dropped it to $50 per tire and walked off.
Look — I own my own business. Everyone deserves the right to make money, and I get that. I’m a reasonable person. I’ve even done what they did to me: when I don’t want to work with someone, I give them a price so high they walk away. But this was different. The story and the pricing changed after I spoke to him. There’s a difference between making money and ripping people off.
They can charge whatever they want — that’s their right. But if he had just listened from the start, we could’ve avoided wasting both our time. I was stuck there for 30 minutes trying to explain a simple request. I could’ve been on my way.
I left and went down the street — got all 4 sensors installed for $60 total. Programmed the ECU myself, light’s off, problem solved.
Also, heads up: I originally bought some cheap “OEM” knockoff sensors off eBay for $40 (set of 4). They didn’t work. Had to do the job twice. Lesson learned.

I hit a piece of debris and needed just one tire replaced. I called yesterday (Mon) and they said they would order my matching replacement and it would he here today (Tues) by noon. 1:30pm I called and was told my tire is on back order but they got me a different one. Or they can wait for my brand to be available.
They should have called me yesterday to let me know that the tire I needed was not available so I could continue my search.
Very poor customer service.

AJ and his brothers are always very polite and helpful. I take my son's Prius there for all of his maintenance - tires, oil changes, alignment and anything else his Prius may need and they never disappoint. Still had about 30/40 mins before closing when just wanted to swap some wheels. No one else was there and the team just stared while laughing .they could have easily helped me out but instead told me to go to another shop keep in mind the techs were all sitting around and literally only got up to check what time it was for them just to tell me they couldn’t do it .

Called and confirmed that they were open and had availability on a holiday Monday. They answered questions promptly. They had a spacious lobby with cell phone charging station, lots of chairs, and a TV. The bathroom facilities were clean. Would go again for an oil change or any minor mechanical issues.

Lee's Tire was able to do the allinement on my car after Pepboys and Just Tires were unable to do the job. From now on, I'll go to Lee's tires first. They were very professional and quick.
