Been coming here for oil changes for more than 20 years, always quick service and a great deal cheaper than my regular mechanic. Nice people, too Today I brought my car in to find that they raised the price for an oil change by $90! Just had the oil changed in another car by my regular mechanic and it was considerably cheaper. My family is now up to four cars and I've always brought them to Jiffy Lube. No more. You guys have gotten too greedy.

The pricing was a bit much. The customer service was well and the person who assisted me was knowledgeable and patient with me. But the amount I paid was pricey. Even with a coupon. The amount I paid, I could have taken my car to the dealership.

Going to be my go-to for all things they can do for my car. Definite 5/5They are honest and quick and will help you understand any issues you are having with your car that they can fix. I was having weird noises from my breaks. The individual who helped me explained and showed that my breaks are in good condition, so very unlikely it was that they were bad or worn down. Then further stated that it is probably the abs system making the breaks move to avoid them melting due to my constant driving.Service (car and staff) - 3/3 - Second time I've been here, and each time was quick with an explanation.Environment - 2/2 - Small waiting area, but it doesn't matter honestly. The location is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from a decent sized shopping area. Further, the bathroom was clean, as was the waiting area.Would definitely recommend.

They tried to do too much to my car but... when I had a bunch of questions and changed my mind about what I wanted, they were nice about it. They explained everything to me clearly and we're friendly. I just wish they were a little more affordable.

I waited 45 mins for an "estimate", for a standard synthetic oil change. Employee came back with $125. For my Kia Soul? Are you kidding me? It's $100 at the dealership, what a gouge, the owner should be ashamed!

My car became stranded across the street from this Jiffy Lube. The gentlemen in the shop without cost diagnosed my vehicle to understand where the issue was coming from. I was sure it was my battery but it turned out to be overheating. We pushed the air out of the hoses and added new coolant. And I was on my way. Again, no cost. Complementary. These are stellar good Samaritans. Please give them your service.

I stopped in this morning to check my oil level and tire pressure because the dash light had come on. Ashton was so nice and helpful. I had my last oil change a few weeks ago at another location, but I will be returning to this location next time. Thanks for the help!

I went to this location last week to get new brakes. Chris convinced me I also needed new rotors - so I trusted him, and agreed to have them replaced. It took a very long time (with only my car and one other car there) - over 3.5 hours, during which time I was entertaining my two young kids. Eventually, he told me it was all ready to go and we finally left. The moment we started driving away I was hearing awful noises that hadn't been there before I brought the car in. I had to return to see what was going on - so when I went back Jorge took a look (Jorge was kind, helpful, and honest). He was instantly able to see that the completely wrong hardware had been used on the back passenger side rotor and it was scraping constantly. I then had to wait once more for my car. It is appalling to me that Chris knowingly put the wrong hardware on the back because he ran out of the compatible products for my vehicle (he only had 3 out of 4 -- and apparently thought "what the heck, let's let this mom with two young kids drive off like that - she'll be none the wiser"). I'd use extreme caution and consider not having brakes and rotors done here. I feel extremely taken advantage of and will not be returning.

I came here for my Tesla Model Y for quick fix. I had a nail in my tire and the master mechanic Abet was able to fix the tire temporarily. Abet was polite professional and very knowledgeable. I was in and out less than 20mins.The facility was clean, organized, and the staff was approached and friendly.

The place should have better customer service, very slow if you're in a hurry. Very dirty bathrooms. The staff should be more charismatic.
