It was the first time I came to this place and my husband and I decided to try this place because the mother of the one who cuts the dogs' hair told me that her daughter did an excellent job, we arrived in the afternoon (11/18/2023 ) Yesterday after 3 in the afternoon my husband explained in detail how he wanted Sparky's haircut, he told us that it was very tangled and that he had to be cut more than the hair we wanted and we agreed. What was my surprise to see Sparky the next day all hairless, I understand that his hair was tangled but they didn't have to shave all his hair, now Sparky is going to be hairless on his birthday, terrible service, if I had known he was going to return bald and all badly cut hair, with long hair, ps it would be better to hair it at home and I would have saved $100 dollars3 hours and they couldn't have given my Sparky the time to cut his hair properly or if they didn't want to and couldn't they would have told me and they wouldn't have made my dog unhappy….

We took our puppy to a big chain store groomers and they couldn't take care of her , then we took her Happy Tails and they were amazing , they took their time caring for our puppy ,they made sure our puppy had a good first time grooming experience, now they will take care of our puppy from now on.

We were one of Maria's first customer's to follow her when she opened her own business. Our Beagles Linus and Lucy were never bath fans but they loved Maria. They were always excited to see her. She was so caring with them and she always let us know if she saw anything on them that she thought we needed to know about. Sadly we lost Linus right before Covid and Lucy in May 2022. We don't have any dogs right now and we really miss seeing Maria. We recommended her to a lot of friends and hope that her business thrives. She is a wonderful person.

I always take my dog to Happy Tails Dog Grooming for a haircut. They cut it exactly the way I tell them to every time. They also inspect him thoroughly and let me know if he needs medical attention on anything. They really care about my pet dog and his health and well being. Thank God for Happy Tails.

Great experience at Happy Tails today. About 6 months ago a different groomer did permanent damage to my senior dog and I’ve been reluctant to go to any groomer at all since. But the staff at Happy Tails eased my worries and did a great job, quick and professional, one happy doggo~

I recently moved to the South Bay Area & needed to find a groomer for my two dogs. I called around a few places & was quoted very high (due to the Breed of my dogs which are pit bulls). I went to Petco to have a simple nail clipping & Petco had a hard time & sent me away, after researching some more I found Happy Tails, called & spoke with Maria . After our first initial phone call I felt very comfortable with Maria, she was very professional & kind on the phone & when meeting her in person at our appointment the person in front of me matched up with the voice on the phone! One of my dogs was badly abused in the past & Maria took her time with him to make sure he was comfortable and happy & calm , all while also being sweet to my other dog who was concerned that her brother was being groomed. Maria & her staff were wonderful & they were able to get me in quickly & we were done in no time, as well as being charged a great price ! I am so happy I found her grooming services & plan to be a lifelong customer. Thank you again & see you soon! I recommend all the South Bay Locals to check her out if you are looking for someone who truly takes the time to attend to your fur babies needs with attention and care.

Love the service! It's a local family owned business.. the groomer is really friendly and caring of her four legged clients!! I asked for a Mohawk for a little change and the groomer offered a color... couldn't make a better choice :) and you can't beat their affordable prices! II'll be returning :D
