“Ami is super sweet and helpful! She held it down being the only register open during a rush. The line moved fairly quickly. This location is neater than other locations I've visited. Items were stocked and organized. The store is spacious with wide aisles. Parking is plenty. Prices may vary depending on the item like their frozen foods. There are great finds like Philadelphia cream cheese and Kraft singles are available. There was so much to see and my walk around the store was delightful.”

“After we finished dinner at King's Hawaiian my wife cousin told us she needed to the 99 cent this one in Carson by Cal State Domingez Hill she know the area well. Then headed to Carson to the 99 cent store. We step my wife and I were amazing well stock items and huge asle and floor were clean and organized. We brought couple of items that we need for home and other thing.”

“I asked 4 different workers if I could use the Restroom. They refused to give me the code. They are selling food. They are located in a residential neighborhood. They have 2 bathrooms on one it falsely states to ask the cashier for the code.They should make the distinction between customers especially elderly or kids & people that are coming to use drugs in their restrooms or move in.Not wanting to clean & maintain Restrooms is just not acceptable.& I know we all go there for the prices not the service.But this is just not acceptable.I had to leave my full shopping cart with 100$ worth of merchandise. & go half a block away to Ralph’s. I was so annoyed I was contemplating leaving the full shopping cart there. So, they can do some GO BACKS.But the prices brought me back.”

“Overall, awesome store. This store gets visted a tremendous amount of times by people everyday!!! Everything is cheap and durable compared to your normal dollar stores. On school days, this attracts a lot of students. Very good place to find your basic tools, cheap toys, boxed food, party supplies, cold drinks, basic clothing, season decorations, basic needs, and maybe even sometimes pet fish! Over all a great experience you will have at this store.”

“This Family Dollar is in a very sketchy area, so park in the front and go to the store and back to your car. They need a good security guard out front and they don't have one. I think these stores tend to go into poorer areas for people that can grab and go and not spend too much. We were fine and I will go back there, just be smart. Poor does not mean sketchy, drunks and drug addicts do and these types tend to take advantage in poor areas.The outside is pretty clean, they just need a few more lights at night. Inside the place is also in decent shape. There is a lot of stuff in there and it is not a large store, but the employees keep it as tidy as they can. I had no trouble finding what I wanted.I was with my grandson, as always, as he loved going up and down each aisle and picking out treats and snacks. They have a lot of Little Debbie products which I think are awful, but he likes them, so what do I know.He also found a doll he wanted. Now, just because this is a budget store does not mean things are great prices. I am positive I could have gotten this plastic doll for about 2 dollars, it was 10$ which is outrageous for this doll, so beware of that. I bought it anyway, because he really wanted it and I can do that, but if I was on a tight budget I would not shop here.They have some cute stuff and some stuff you might not find elsewhere. It was a fun excursion.The service was super nice and I am grateful for that. They were just really nice.Have fun.”

“Family dollar store here is really made huge improvements in all aspects of this store. It’s close to home so we walk there all the time to pick up odds and ends and staples in grocery. There has been a change In leadership here in the last several months to a year and you can see and feel it right away if you had been here before and now it’s night and day. Store and it’s employees have all cleaned up very nicely. It’s the difference between the school dance and the prom. Both are fun and entertaining but everyone puts a little more elbow grease behind the prom. Service is excellent here, cleanliness is spot on, customers are even friendlier due to the now ability to find what you need because it’s organized and all items have a price tag on them. Prices are very good and you can always find great deals, they even have a app you can download and get additional coupons savings they even walked me through how to do this here and I live it, so easy and the savings is very big don’t miss out on doing that. “Pleasant experience as usual! Great selection of party decor, much more than any store of this type. Quick checkout, cheerful and focused cashiers. Prices and quality I expected. Went to fill in the gaps in my party decor that I bought elsewhere online for more and realized I should have come here first. Unlike a lot of similar stores, they have a great selection. You can get everything from dinnerware to wall decorations in the same exact theme. I bought luau decorations and the quality was better than what I bought online.”

“I know a lot of DollarTree stores get a bad rap for being dirty, disheveled, and poorly staffed. However, I've been to this location twice this month (visiting from TX, as I take car of some family business in Compton); and both times I found all the items I needed, plus some; and this morning, around 9:30 am, I walked in and saw the store manager, and several staff members cleaning, sorting items, and stacking the shelves! It looked really nice in there! Made it easy to shop!!”

“Parking is a little tight. If you can find a spot down the main aisle, you have to park at the end of the strip mall at either end. The main aisle is one way only, so you end up finding a spot way on the end by Goodwill and walk back OR drive around and reenter. Either way, it works. Dollar Tree is a fun store. You just walk up and down the aisles to find things that you never knew you needed. Surprise finds!! Dollar Tree is the best price for helium balloons but the pickins' are slim. You get what you get, that's for sure. Ok, bye.”
