Cashier was very rude, yelled at me and wouldn’t allow me to use the air machine. I have been coming to this gas station for over 30 years and I will never use them again.

I was harassed, yelled at, and trash was thrown on my car by an employee here. At around 5:30PM on May 31, 2024 I was filling my car up at this station. While the pump was running I decided to empty the trash from my car into the trash can next to the pump, and returned to my vehicle to place a fresh trash bag in my car’s trash bin. An employee from the station (I’m not sure if he owns the station or if he works as the cashier - I’ve seen him working at the register for years) came out of the station and started yelling at me in front of all of the other customers. I couldn’t tell what he was saying as I believe he was speaking a different language — but he proceeded to yell at me for about a minute. I am a young woman and was alone, and did not want to engage with an angry adult man who could possibly be violent, so I tried to ignore him and tended to my vehicle. He then proceeded to take the trash out of the station’s trash can and throw it onto my vehicle. He then walked back into the station. I was completely shocked at this action that the employee had done. Another patron even turned to me and commented on how bizarre the employee’s behavior was. This behavior truly frightened me and I found it unacceptable. As a young woman I was scared and I now fear my safety if I were to ever return to this gas station. I didn’t deserve to be treated that way from that employee, and I don’t believe any other customer should have to experience anything similar to that in the future. I am under the impression that as a customer of this station, it should not be an issue for me to throw away trash from my vehicle into the communal trash bins provided by the gas pumps. Beyond this incident being severely unprofessional, I think this is unacceptable behavior on a human level, and it has left me extremely upset and frightened.

Why says it's open 24/7 open when it's even 4 am and it's close please update your schedule, can be in a emergency and playing with this.?????????

I like going to this place has is cheaper, funny thing even when gas was high now going down 20 dollars everytime but it still reads a quarter tank, the needle is not stuck, I see it move down when I drive to work and back. I don't understand why when I feel up my gas tank it stays the same no matter how much money I put for gas it stays at a quarter tank.

The service worker when paying inside pre sets your gasoline to premium. I had to go back inside to tell him to change it back and he knew before asking him why I went back inside.

Basically just a gas station with a small but good snack and drink selection. Nice folks work here. I've never used the mechanics though so can't rate them.

Yes. What would we do without Arco on a hot day when you need an ice cold beverage with real cold ice.
