The owner always does what he says he's going to do. We've had multiple installations from them. They get things fixed, too, when something breaks.

Andersen's has great service both with new blinds (Hunter Douglas) as well as for repairing ones that have worn out. They've gotten the repairs done promptly when needed. We've bought several sets through them and have been satisfied.

I am very impressed by how professional this company is when it comes to customer service. I purchased new blinds for my house here and let's just say Vanessa was nothing awesome. If I could give this place six stars I would. Referred here by a CHP friend
