I'm one of those caught in the storm in the mountains and I really appreciated the lady in the pharmacy's helpfulness so I could have my medicine I've run out of picked up!

I'm going to start with a positive comment, the store is immaculate, very organized.. my complaint is, I haven't been there in a while and didn't realize that the self checkout doesn't take cash, when I was able to ask an employee about the self checkout not accepting cash, his only response was yep.. no other details or offer of assistance or what line I should be in...im just disappointed with the lack of communication .

Rick "store manger" has no control of the store itself. Line at checkout is the only line being attended . A employee came back from break lunch or who knows where and is put at checkout while people are waiting for Ice cream over 15 min . If he can't keep two lines running how is someone like that running a store ? Ridiculous.

This is the largest Rite Aid I've seen. The store is impeccable. Easily located, clean, helpful, friendly staff. This location also has an Amazon Prime locker located in the back of the store for pickups.

Pharmacy review; many people usually leave the pharmacy with confusion and/or questions. The people here are amazing, answering everything you need to know before you ask. They go above & beyond. I typically hate pharmacies but this one makes me want to go there.

Unable to reach anybody by phone. Poor customer service. I was hung up on by pharmacy staff over 6 times while trying to get medication. Worst possible pharmacy. My health is suffering because I can't get my medication from them. I am moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. These people are dangerous to your health simply due to poor customer service.

After my dr sent over a prescription hours later and not being able to get any via telephone, I showed up at this rite aide and they said well we have no internet and no phone. Management said it's been out since yesterday and don't know when it's coming back on. Honestly he seemed happy and pharmacy staff was not helpful even though I had proof it said they received it. I will never again trust in this pharmacy and I would advise you if your meds are important to go anywhere else. Never ever had this problem with Walgreens. Lesson learned

Completely frustrated with this Pharmacy location! It should seem clear that if pharmacy staff has trouble staffing, many pharmacists are having problems with their own health m, likely due to illegal mandate! ALERT! Many folks are horribly sick and some dying with horrible 'side effects' from the illegal mandated injection, most due to poorly implemented shot into blood stream' versus muscle, yet either way people are dying! That shot 'trains the body to disarm immune system then reproduce a pathogenic 'spike protein'! See for yourself! Search bitCHUTE/RUMBLE video site for 'Dr David Martin' he has researched and delivered a 8 count felony criminal indictment, ready to pursue 'Grand Jury'; prepared against Dr Fauchi, Dr Birx, Gates and others of conspiracy to harm/end Lives of children of all ages! As for complaint: About 5-8+ weeks ago I required to speak to someone in pharmacy about a NEW Rx SCRIPT, never before filled... ever; JUST LIKE today: Patient (My "elderly" 75 year old Mom) called and after it seemed the call was 'looping' with the same options having been repeated 3-4x and after 7 minutes INTO the 'Call Time', caller was repeatedly prompted with the SAME instructions of 'Enter your prescription number for refill', REPEATEDLY! Yet it's NOT a refill... we have a NEW script for antibiotics. My Mom was flustered with the repeated cycle and we needed to get this ASAP and somehow verify this script is ready or otherwise, since we were unsure if they were open because: We tried picking up this URGENTLY required medication for an infection, Last Night: Wednesday Dec. 29th, early evening after 6pm before 7pm (hours should be until 9pm!) Last night, yet not even 7pm and Pharmacy was already ...closed!?! We asked 'why', and told they were short staffed. Humbug! Then we went to another related Rite Aid pharmacy several miles away... Their pharmacist said our primary/closed Rite Aid pharmacy had already "opened/began working" on script + Rx Script for antibiotics was 'unavailable in the system'! Ok wait: Short staffed, went to other Rite Aid due to urgency and script not available in rite aid system because Original 'Barton Road Pharmacy was 'short staffed', yet they prevented the possibility of another Rite Aid pharmacy to fill... What is their management's dysfunction? After my Mom/patient was flustered after 7 minutes of looping phone prompts, she hoped to speak to Pharmacist/Staff, yet just when we 'Pressed 3' (to speak to pharmacy staff, then selected zero other option, then instructed "Enter refill numbers" (not a refill!), we waited for a staff person to pick-up, system LOOPED again and again for over 17 minutes! What is their management's dysfunction?!? This same 'Looping (broken) phone system' was reported to 'pharmacist in charge' and he told me approximately end of October/early November they'd get someone to troubleshoot it. now late December and after over 17 minutes wasted in your dysfunctional phone system, zero progress and WHY would your pharmacy 'open a new script' for antibiotics when you are short staffed, preventing other Rite Aid pharmacy(s) from filling this urgent medication... then no one bothers to pickup our repeated calls for this medication and instead your phone system loops urging for the 'refill number'. Management: How many lost/frustrated customers will it take before you cause your systems to function as expected...properly? Does your lead pharmacist care about your client experience as much as you/management might? My family considered switching all our business from CVS to you/Rite Aid pharmacy at Barton rd, definitely will not happen until substantial changes are made including please fix your phone system! My home is less than a mile away! Yet with this customer experience, id rather travel a few miles to CVS pharmacy for a better customer experience, then have to deal w/

My mom had an appointment for a vaccine 3rd dose for moderna yesterday. We waited a long time only to be told that : we have the booster but studies have not shown that people with moderna should take it, only pfizer needs it etc. etc etc But the point is, they already know what mom needs in the first place and they made her make that appointment. So they don't know what they have before they grant that appointment? Frustrating. If there is a -5 rating, that's what i will give

Waited 4 hours+ for meds from the pharmacy. We called them after 4 hours and let them know we're still waiting for our pills and they stated, "Give us 15 minutes and it will be ready". Meaning, they didn't work on it all this time! It was only 7 pills by the way.... We arrive to pick up the prescription and the pharmacist doesn't explain how to take the meds. Instead, he tells us to wait when there wasn't a single customer.... extremely slow... after the frustration of continuously waiting, we had enough and storm off and then he says "I'm free now". Ridiculous service! Never again at this Riteaid Pharmacy.

This is the third time I have been to the store on the corner of Barton and Mountain View in Loma Linda, CA. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. One time they made me wait five hours to get a Rx for Tramadol (this was after seven hours of oral surgery), they kept saying it will be ready in a hour. This time I told the oral surgeon "Do not put tramadol on the Rx", so just an otc pain reliever and some antibiotics. I gave the pharmacist the scripts "Oh, you've been here before, it will be about a hour". After wondering the store (baking hot) for a hour I stood in line and asked about the Rx, "Oh we can't fill right after the Dr. prescribes it." Okay, I get it, there is some rule that says that Rite-Aid cannot fill a prescription soon after it is prescribed. But were they ever going to tell me this? There are only ten customers in the whole store, and they could not take the time to let me know I had to come back another day. She looked at me as if she just did not understand why I was upset. I could have said many things at that moment I just said "Keep 'em" and left. If she did not understand, then nothing I could say would fix her. I am tired of being treated like I'm some kind of junkie trying to get a fix. I thought how much trouble could a seven day supply of antibiotics be? I will NEVER, NEVER EVER go back to this store.

I love this Rite Aid! From The time I walk and it seems like the staff goes out of their way to greet you. The staff always offers help and the store is very clean. I always have my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy because they are extremely efficient.
