The sewer system at the Walmart Market on Barton Road in Loma Linda CA is backed up today so the management is advising customers to stay away! They don't know when it will be fixed!

First off, this was literally the worst shopping experience I have ever had. There were no carts, so in 100+ degree weather, my 52-year-old menopausal self had to wander the parking lot, waiting for a cart. I finally got one, though drenched in sweat, and went to do my shopping. During my shopping, I had a restroom emergency, yet their only bathrooms were portapotties filled with human excrement. It didn't matter. I had no choice. Next, I get to the front with my $160.00 worth of items, and they want me to self-check!?!?! Where am I even supposed to put a full basket as I am checking? I had to put things on the floor. I did their jobs for them. One would think they were short-staffed, yet they were standing around in multiples. Again, this was the worst shopping experience ever, and I will be reaching out to headquarters. I need to be paid for my time if I have to do literally 100% of everyone's job!

Dont waste your time if your going in for a bottle of whisky. Got aggressively asked for my ID after just picking up a bottle.... Great service guys

Instead of going to the supercenter, I prefer this place. Much smaller but has my immediate needs. Less drama too! Friendly place to shop.

I went in to the store today to grab a couple thing from the make-up cases. A guy came to help me by name of james, my first thought was great he is not going to know anything about what I am looking for. To my surprise he was very patient and helped me find everything I needed. I continued to shop and ended up getting a basket of thing. I went to checkout and found james on a register ready to help me checkout. His smile is so contagious and he makes this store so welcoming. Give the boy a raise or a promotion, so he can teach others what customer service really is. Customer for life!!

Chris who is the store manager was very helpful, it was small little gesture he did, something that I really need one morning, and he made sure it was provided for me. It made me such a happy camper. I truly appreciate it...I shop at Walmart pretty much two times every week. They are already a part of how I live everyday. I truly appreciate their business.

This grocery store carries a lower sodium bacon which I have been unable to find in other grocery stores near me. They also carry Oscar Mayer Smokie Links and other's don't. They have an excellent fresh produce aisle, as well. I would suggest more cashiers, however. Not everyone wants or likes to use self checkout.

I looove this Walmart Neighborhood Market! The best in the IE! I can’t get over how accommodating and nice every worker was. I will forever continue to do my shopping here for basic essentials. So glad I found this place! I don’t have to go to the bigger Walmart and I don’t mind traveling a few extra miles for a great experience.

No cashiers available, all lanes were closed. Manager was rude when asked to open a lane for elderly customers who were waiting. He said everyone was on break!

i went in around 7:30 pm to grab a snack and a few cosmetic items. i walked around for about five minutes and then went to the cosmetic aisle and pressed the button for assistance to unlock a section. i kid you not i sat there for 30+ minutes. i understand staffing issues and how difficult it is to work in service related jobs but waiting that long, especially with very few people in the store is absolutely ridiculous. after about ten minutes of waiting i rang the button again, then the skincare button. nothing. i had to go find some poor kid unboxing products and ask him to find someone with the keys. waited another ten minutes and then the dude with the keys walks up, no vest, no name tag, nothing showing he's an employee. not a care in the word not a "sorry for the inconvenience", just a snippy tone like i was the one inconveniencing him. if companies are going to lock up products then maybe they should actually unlock them as well.
