The old guy from the counter was Terrible. I dont do a lot of mails. I didnt know that not all mails comes with a tracking. As an employee , at least advocate whats best for your customers. Im not even sure now if he really sent my mail. I dont have way of knowing.

Had a package from China incorrectly get routed to Loma Linda, which is 75 miles away from me. The Chinese retailer that shipped the package labeled it with two different addresses (WHAT THE HECK?). I called the Loma Linda USPS and luckily I got Christine, who was amazing helpful, patient, and professional. Not only did she locate my package, but arranged for it to be delivered to the CORRECT address. Thank you, Christine and the Loma Linda postmaster!

This place is always under staffed, over crowded and closes early frequently. Currently the power is out and they have no internet. Oh the technical difficulties this place experiences is remarkable.Try the post office down the road at 1900 W Redlands Blvd, San Bernardino, CA 92403Sometimes it's crowded. But it's open the hours that it saids it's open.

They have had the same 2 ignorant staff working there for years. That’s the security of a government job I guess! One can be completely useless and still have a job.

Visiting the small post office in Loma Linda, CA was an absolute delight. The cozy atmosphere and friendly postal workers made it a refreshing change. The intimate space allowed for personalized attention, and the staff's helpfulness was impressive. They went above and beyond to assist with a genuine smile. It reminded me of the good ole days in the Palm Springs post office when it was just as small and filled with friendly faces. This experience highlighted the value of small, personal interactions in our fast-paced world. It was a fantastic visit that left a lasting impression.

This post office delivered my new ATM card to the wrong mailbox and whoever got it didn't return it to me. Had to call bank, cancel card, order new one, etc. Carriers are INCOMPETENT and CARELESS! This post office does not answer their phone to file a complaint!

Our mailman has consistently delivered our packages to the wrong address and we have to go to the post office to get our package or reorder our merchandise and hope it gets delivered to our address.

Having the worst experience getting my mail from this post office. They decide when and what time they want to give it out. One Tuesday I can get my mail at 5pm the next Tuesday I have some rude lady telling me they are closed and calling me a liar.

I’ve never had any kind of problems whenever a package either comes through or goes out through the LL post office and have reliably used this location for many many shipments. What compels this review is a wonderful experience I had with this location today.I had ordered a package from overseas with the hopes it would arrive before I left for vacation. I had been patiently watching the tracking updates, when I reloaded, to my dismay, that the package would I arrive the day of my departure. Very sad indeed. Lucky for me, the international carrier handed my package off to the USPS and the kind employees there scanned it. When I saw it had arrived at the LL post office, I just knew I needed to give it a try. So drove there and spoke to Jonathan, a kind young man who graciously assisted me. They had my package and were able to give it to me the day before my trip!! I felt very fortunate. Thank you LL post office and team! You deserve more affirmation than you’re given.

Terrible experience! I paid 71 dollars for priority mail to India with bank documents. It was supposed to reach in three days, it’s been two weeks since and the documents haven’t left California. Every time I go to the office they say it’s a processing problem. They even made me call customs and they say they haven’t even received the package yet. Horrible. Never wasting my money on USPS again.
