I can't comment on their home buying/selling services, but their property management is by far the worst I've ever dealt with. My landlord was out of the country and so hired them to handle the management. While he was gone, my AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. Griselda, the woman who handles the property management side, was basically useless. She was super uncommunicative, unprofessional and dismissive. The house reached over 90° inside daily and it took them a month to get the unit fixed. In addition, I had to threaten legal action just to get a vastly underpowered portable AC unit in the house. I also had to go above her in the company to get anything to happen. After the repairs were made, there were materials and supplies left in the garage for at least another month. I moved out before anyone came to get them. After move out, it took nearly 90 days to receive my deposit back because in their infinite wisdom, they dropped the check at the property. How am I supposed to get anything from a house I no longer live in? I had to again have very strong words with them to get a new check cut. If you are thinking about renting a property managed by them or using them to manage your property, look elsewhere. I've never had such a hassle. Maybe if Griselda is fired and someone competent is hired things will change. Managing property is not rocket science, it's very simple and they should be able to do it without issue.
