It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone, they increase pricing without timely notice, they send letters about not receiving payment when you have proof of payment being processed. Then you go to the site and it says no payment due. I'm actively trying to move my storage unit. The hours of operation are inconsistent with the website it's just beyond frustrating WORST DECISION MADE!!

My experience at Universal Self Storage has been good, thanks to your valued staff, particularly Derek. I will be vacating the premises By the 10 of next month as i will no longer subject myself to your 20% plus rate hikes every year. Thank you for helping me to decide to get rid of most of the things i don’t need anymore because of your persistent greed.

Derrick was really helpful and kind, he took the time to show us where our parking spot for our rv would be walked and explained to us their policies and procedures and the monthly break down.The grounds itself was clean and kept-up, plenty of room in the back for backing up travel trailers and rvs. Dump station and free air on site!
