Dario Mendez was excellent to work through the numbers over email, phone, text which made the process much easier! Avoiding the annoying haggling of the typical dealership experience. They agreed to a fair price on every level. I did not purchase the extended warranty because it was not a manufacturer warranty, and it is not rated high. ? but other than that the entire experience was 5 stars ?

The process of buying our Mazda cx30 was a good experience. Dario always followed up with my husband either by emails or calls. We got a good price on our car. Overall I recommend Spreen Mazda.

I really like Mazda as a brand, but even more impressive is the hospitality at Spreen Mazda. Dario, who helped me with my car purchase, was very friendly and tries to get you the best deal possible. Definitely going back to get another, hopefully soon!

We had such a wonderful experience at Spreen Mazda in Loma Linda. Thank you to both Xavier and Jimmy for such a seamless and memorable car purchasing experience! Now let me go into a bit more detail and explain exactly what made that experience such a great one…We made 2 visits in total. The first visit was to inquire about test driving a new Mazda Miata. Xavier met us outside almost immediately upon arrival, expressing his appreciation for our visit. I had let him know that we were interested in the Mazda Miata but had never test driven one. Within about 5 minutes and a brief exchange of some information, I was behind the wheel of a new Mazda Miata. Xavier was both professional and kind throughout our visit, displaying a wealth of knowledge when it came to any of our questions or concerns. One gripe that I’m sure everyone has with most car dealerships is the pressure that they apply to individuals when they’re truly seeking to make the best decision when purchasing a car. Especially when this car will most likely be a part of your life for the next 5 to 10 years. Not once during my visit did I feel pressured to make a hasty decision or like my business was unwanted when I stated that I’d like a few days to think my decision over.We spent the next week or so looking over all of our options and decided to make another visit to Spreen Mazda. Thankfully Xavier was there the day we decided to visit and helped us once again! He took us inside and we got right down to business. He answer some more of our questions and ultimately introduced us to Jimmy, one of the Sales Managers. Jimmy was incredibly helpful through the entirety of the sales process. He helped us fine-tune the details of the specific car that we wanted, explained the warranties and packages that were included, and answered any questions along the way.Xavier and Jimmy were a seamless team in this whole process and I can’t thank either of them enough. They made everything so easy for us, which made the experience of taking home a new car that much more enjoyable. I know exactly where I’m visiting the next time either myself or a loved one is looking for a new car.Thank you Xavier, Jimmy, and the team over at Spreen Mazda of Loma Linda!

I will never use their tire or service department again . I was told during oil change I should change my front two tires this was the first weekend of September 9/5 . I paid about 300 and it hasn’t even been a month today 10/3 I have a flat . Never had an issue with my prior tires . I only commute 2 miles to my daughters school and back park in my driveway nothing ran over . I call and no warranty no discount nothing . Horrible not an investment at all.

Drove down from Santa Ana to Spreen due to their customer service & well communication. Wyatt, Jimmy Armany, & Alexis were a tremendous help in assuring I left with the CX50 that I truly wanted. So much that they went above and beyond to assure it arrived the day I drove over.Wyatt consistently sent in live videos or check ins. Jimmy assisted with getting closer to the price I desired. Alexis walked us through the vehicle and assured we were taken care of throughout the day.It was a seamless transaction, I’d highly recommend Spreen Mazda!

Matt, Adrian, Ezequiel, and Staysi helped us through the process of buying our first Mazda, and a new one at that.We found them very informative overall and are quite pleased with our purchase.At the end of the day we felt like we were shown respect and received a good deal, and I don’t know what else one could ask for from a car dealer.

My first negative experience with Spreen Honda. I took my 2012 Civic in for the 5K mile service and it was completed in a timely manner. When I went to pay for the service my advisor told me everything looks great. My suspension, tires, brakes, etc. are all in good condition. I know the service advisor was only relaying the information he was given for the multi point inspection from the mechanic and do not feel that he was at fault in the least. I drove off and immediately noticed a grinding sound from the front passenger side brakes. I had the brakes replaced and the rotors resurfaced in 02/2022. The brake pads have approximately 25k miles on them. My concern is the last time I had the car serviced I was not told the brake pads were low when they had approximately 18k miles on them. The service advisor apologized for the mistake telling me the brakes were in good condition. I also understand the mechanic being in a hurry and trying to get things done quickly, everyone makes mistakes.After a discussion between the advisor and the manager I ended up paying $200 for the pads to be replaced and rotors resurfaced again which is what I paid the first time minus the cost of the brake pads.It seems to me the original pads were not good or they were installed incorrectly to only get 25k miles out of them with normal driving. Since there is no way of knowing I paid to have the pads replaced and rotors resurfaced.I know enough about cars to know when something doesn't sound or feel right. My main concern and one of the reasons for the negative review is that my Mom takes her CRV to Spreen Mazda. if there is something wrong or needs to be replaced on her CRV and they are telling her everything is in good condition she is going to take their word for it. Isn't the whole point of the inspection is to let people know what needs to be replaced?

I recently bought a Mazda 3 2021 CPO and was very happy. About 2 weeks later I noticed the coolant was out on the tank. I go down there to ask to top it off and they refused. I kind of understand, but walking down to parts they wanted 50 DOLLARS for a gal of coolant. That was their sale price, Mazdas MSRP is 29 dollars for it. They are marking up coolant almost 90%. Honestly screw this dealer. Fontana Mazda sold me coolant for 27 plus tax. I wish I would’ve gave my car business to them instead of the scumbags at Spreen. Now I know why that lot is always empty. I wished Mazda USA would step in a regulate this

My wife and I arrived at Spreen Mazda after a long drive and a promise that a certain car (CX5 Carbon w/Black Interior) was being held for us! We quickly found out that wasn't the case. Long story short, we were set to leave (actually in our car) when Matt Rock found out about this, he came out to us and promised he could find the exact car we wanted at the exact same price they had agreed to. He apologized for the mix up and promised to handle the cause of the mistake. He assigned Marcelino to us (he was excellent) and they found our car and bottom line we are extremely happy! It's not how you start, it's how you finish and they finished strong, all the way thru the financing process. I would definitely recommend Spreen!

I came in not expecting at all to find the car I wanted, and ended up leaving with exactly that, and the showroom car, no less! ? There was a little bit of a disagreement at the beginning of the sale, and some negotiating had to be done, but it wasn’t anything I wouldn’t expect at a car dealer ? and my salesperson Stephanie Gonzalez was still very accommodating. Ultimately, she and her manager Matt made sure that I got the deal I wanted, which was the most important thing for me at the end of the day. Overall, very happy with my experience!

Drove up to Loma Linda from Palm Springs because I couldn't find an automatic transmission Miata in PS. The staff at Spreen was welcoming and very attentive. From my salesperson, Alexis, to Matt the Sales Manager and Stacie in Finance, I was given a great lease deal and drove off in a terrific vehicle. I wish Spreen had a dealership in PS, because I would definitely use them for service. However, they did provide me with a Mazda national service package that can be used at any Mazda dealership. The whole transaction from meeting with Alexis, to the test drive, to financing took a little over 3 hours. That is my only complaint, but I would rate them 9.5 out of 10. Thank you Spreen Mazda and staff.
