From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly. Everyone at spreen Honda Loma Linda is friendly, courteous and professional. Especially by Zabaih he greeted me and helped me when I went in to get my oil change. It was a smooth and quick transition and the whole time he was very professional. I will be returning to this specific location for my cars service needs.

Everyone at Spreen Honda was wonderful. Tom greeted me once inside. He was very friendly. We sat down and discussed what I was interested in buying and he showed me a variety options. We did a quick test drive and quickly after I was in finance where the gentleman there, also very helpful, went over my contract. All in all it was the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. The whole process took about 3 hours. It was so quick! Thank you, Spreen!! Thank you Tom!! I love my new Honda. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle I recommend going to Spreen Honda! 10 out of 10! Ask for Tom.

Having Tom Mac take care of us was like a gift from heaven.We’ve NEVER before encountered a representative so determined to provide us with the important information that WE needed to understand.ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE.Even after the purchase, Tom is ready to help us in any way he can.I need to pinch myself to see if this is all just a dream.Right now we’re looking for a sculptor who will build a statue of Tom Mac that we can put in front of our house.I wish that Tom had been around as a real estate agent earlier this year when we were house hunting.And it seems as if Tom’s courteous professionalism has rubbed off on everyone else working there — from the parts department to the service department to the financing professionals.Wait! I’m still not sure this is a dream.No, I checked, and our wonderful, new Honda is there in our garage smiling at us.Tom, thanks so very, very much for showing us for the first time that shopping for a new car can be a pleasurable experience!

Tanner and Jose were the best! Thank you for all of your help. Didn’t feel pressured at all. I went to other dealerships (Subaru, Toyota) and I felt pressured and uncomfortable in my encounters with them. Tanner was very professional and made us feel at home. Happy to be a part of the Honda family.

Robert Besabe in the service department was great. He was professional, friendly and he even got a driver to take me back to the office while I waited for my car to get serviced. They had the car ready on time as promised, and my Honda Pilot is driving like new now.

Last night, Tom Mac, an excellent and helpful sales employee at Spreen Honda, helped us purchase our newest car. We had gone in looking for a used car and Tom showed us four we were interested in and we narrowed it down to test driving two. He knows his product and his many years of experience provided an extensive knowledge base for our final selection. We looked to Spreen for decades of car purchases and we’re not disappointed. Tom was a 5 star performer who helped us from looking at cars to preparing for our time with Vu, another fine employee, in the financial end of the deal. Both men are at the top of their game.

Went in to see the options at the end of the lease. The 2023 CRV was 600-700 a month. The sales representatives and managers must think they work at a Mercedes or Porsche dealership. Our current 2019 CRV is 230 a month. So we decided to look into buying out our lease which has a residual cost of around 15,000. They quoted 19,000 due to "financing cost and service fees". I understand a couple hundred maybe even a 1000 for the convenience of them doing the paperwork if you are a busy working person however up charging close to 4,000 for an agreed upon residual cost is ridiculous. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Contact Honda Finance directly and you can buy out the lease for the residual cost plus the taxes. We were able to get our car for the agreed price with taxes. I don't know if these workers were previously used car salesman but Loma students go somewhere else where they don't try to weasel your money. We got enough loans already as it is. Also I haven't seen such a big discrepancy with yelp reviews and google reviews 2.5 stars here and 4.5 stars on google.

Fate have led us to Spreen Honda when my van's tire presure light lit up. The lines at the service center were long but Matthew, service Manager, shown that it was urgent to assist me and my family members after seeing the condition of the Rear L tire. We enjoyed the clean waiting lounge complete with free water and coffee. After changing the blown tire with the van's spare, Matthew said it was complementary. Wow!We were able to make it to our destination safe.

Always great service. All we need now is reclining seats to go with that big screen as we wait an hour or more for our vehicles to be ready.My assigned mechanical specialist(s) have been familiar with issues I come in for. They have kept me up-to-date at times with any problems that arise and give discounts as needed.I also love the idea of being issued another car if or when the time is needed that my vehicle will be staying for more than a day or 2. I'm glad for that because I don't have to run around trying to figure out where am I going to get a temporary car to drive and not cost me a "couple of arms and some legs". Not all Honda dealers do that.I'm a Honda girl, I don't plan on goin to any other dealer. Although they look tempting. But, when I come to Honda and see the new fleet of cars, my eyeballs are big as bottle caps.I hope this helps someone.Take care,

Walked in to get my car serviced, which was quick for a Friday afternoon by the way. Thanks you Service department, great work!While I waited for my car to be ready, I was browsing the new models. Edgar was the ideal Sales Consultant/Rep. He was extremely informative, friendly and permitted me to do a test drive on a newer model (I am considering trading in).I also stopped by finance to visit with the gentleman who helped with my car purchase, but he was not in. Peter was quick to offer me assistance and was very knowledgeable. I left with all the questions I had answered.This experience actually made more of an impression on me than when I purchased my car. I recommend to visit and ask for Edgar and Peter for you to have the best experience. Thank you for the great customer service!

WOW WOW, I am truly left amazed by the customer service this dealer provides. I went in on 06/18/23 to inquire about the new CR-V or PILOT. My vehicle is giving me some issues so I came in ready to possibly buy if the deal is right. I have been researching these two vehicles and informing myself about their features. I enter the building and there was not a single customer in there, I am completely serious not a single customer but myself. So I thought to myself this will be easy because I will get all the help I need and they will be eager to sell me a vehicle, WRONG. The front desk employee brings me a sales person by the name Anita Gamez. Anita was not professional at all, she was not well informed about the vehicles features and had no energy to sell me a vehicle. Didn't offer me to see any vehicles, I had to push her to get the keys so I can see the vehicles interior. There was a pilot inside the building where I wanted to see the rear cabin, she informed me that her manager has the keys and that he isn't in today. Why is the manager taking the keys for the vehicle when you have the vehicle in display? Not once did she offer to show me another pilot outside to give me an idea of the rear cabin. Asked her multiple questions that she couldn't answer or gave me the wrong answer. I understand that people don't know everything but at least go ask. We were sitting at the desk and all she was doing was leaning all the way back on the chair with her legs wide open like if she was chilling at home and didn't have a slight interest in selling a vehicle. All she wanted to do is run my credit, I am not the type that just gives out his social security without asking questions. I think before I purchase, usually dealers like making deals and work back and forth to find a middle ground. I informed her of the deals Toyota and Hyundai has and all she told me is go there then lol. Never in my life have I ever experienced this type of customer service. I asked her some questions about APR and she couldn't answer me so she went to go ask her manager but her manager didn't care much about selling a vehicle like she did. I left the building baffle by the experience, I decided to call and make a complaint to the manager. When I called the front desk they informed me that there is no manager working today. Usually ever dealer has a manger on site, make sense why they don't care since no one is there to hold them responsible for their actions. I asked the front desk to give me the general manager name and what time he will be in this week, the front desk informed me that they never know when he is in lol. Wow this dealer is not professional or well maintained. There is a reason there wasn't a single customer there buying a vehicle. If you want to leave more confused or possibly not buy a vehicle make sure you go to Spreen Honda in Loma Linda. I hate leaving bad reviews but the experience was bad. There is a reason they have a two star review. Cant wait to speak to the GM and see what he says. Please read the reviews people.
