When I saw the Facebook ad for this place, I thought I'd give it a try. I purchased a membership and went the next day. However, 24 hours later, I showed up, and their system still hadn't registered me as a member. They gave me the basic wash for free, even though I was a platinum member. I went around to use the vacuums, and at least four of them weren't working. The trash cans were full, with no sign of any employee emptying them. The only person working was a female employee, who seemed to be over 30. Not willing to give up easily, I went again today, Saturday, September 21st, and it was worse than before. One week later, the plate reader still didn't work, so the employee had to manually enter it. I went through the wash, and now half the vacuums didn't seem to be working. There were only four clean towels available, while the dirty towel bucket was overflowing. To top it off, there was some young blond kid buying snacks from the vending machine, then heading back to the booth to chat with another employee. This place should fire that kid and clean things up. It looks like it's been open for ten or more years, not two. Once again, the only person working looked like a manager.

I went on 9/17/24 (and other dates too)-ALL the air blowers by the vacuum are NOT working, there were NO towels that was supposedly available for anyone to use (and this is not the first time I have experienced this, and even the blowers and dryers in the drive thru are not running efficiently- there were still a lot of water on my car. I understand sometimes things breakdown, but I strongly feel the customers MUST BE INFORMED before paying and/or be given some sort of discount - because frankly, I will not go to a drive thru car wash that do not offer the air blowers! Calling on the management, BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR CLIENTS BECAUSE YOUR FEES ARE NOT CHEAP! I want to get my money's worth!

They had some sort of power outage when I was halfway through the car wash. I accidentally left one of my mats on the cleaning pedestal and they say that it wasn't turned in, I suspect they just threw it away.

It was ok. Kind of small. They also charge for air fresheners even for members which I found odd. I'm used to getting the air fresheners free as a member.

I started a monthly membership and use it frequently. The wash is great, windows and wheels are the best from any automated car wash I've ever had.

Ok wash but equipment is not adequate to do a good wash. Short cycle and wrong adjustments of spinners.... Since my review and canned apology seems everyone has the same issue. No apology ACTION IS REQUIRED OR I TOO CANCEL MY MONTHLY

Service is super consistent at this car wash. We had this for my jeep and now I keep it for my work truck. Only feedback I have is that it should be open earlier as we are in a hotter climate. Lastly - I do expense reports for work and they don’t print or email statements.Fix those two things and they would be 5 starz allllllll day.Check ‘em out!#TheBeard

We have a monthly package deal. Very happy with facility hours, cleanliness, staff. One issue: poor wash/rinse quality along sides of our four-door sedan, usually have to touch this area up by hand. Don't know if this is due to equipment or water quality. Overall, we enjoy the ease of drive-thru service and free on-site vacuum and air.

Utilized their services which caused damage to my new vehicle. Immediately reported the claim which they denied. I requested the photos from the “investigation “ as was also denied copies. Requested a formal denial letter in order to submit to my insurance company and now I’m being completely ignored.

It's a nice local car wash that offers monthly memberships with several levels of detailing.Lately however their brushes/rollers have been either inoperable or incorrectly calibrated where they do not do a proper job and sometimes don't even touch your car when they are supposed to.
