Came for an ice cream cone with my wife. The employee looked like she just didn't care. We asked for two single scoops. She didn't was her hand, she was at the cash register and just scoop two cones with the same scoop. I am just buying the ice cream bucket moving forward

Pharmacy is not professional at all every on is rude even on the inside need new employees very badly it says they open at 8 am the lady at pharmacy did let me get my medicine until 10 minutes later

Long lines and wait times in the pharmacy. The pharmacy said they are special ordering a medication and it would be in within two days at the latest and they will notify me. I went in 5 days later when I never heard from them and they informed me they can’t order it. When asked when they were going to let me know. She said “I don’t know.” Don’t waste your time, with this pharmacy.

I've been trying to refill a RX since 3-18, phone is busy. I sent a text. Now it just rings. What is up? I stayed on the ringing phone for 30 minutes before I hung up.

I visited the Loma Linda RA and had the worst experience at this store it’s no wonder why Google rating based on customer satisfaction is 2.9. First my wife is employed by RA and I went in assuming that the service would be like it is at my local RA and I was completely wrong. The assistant manager Prudence proceeded to profile the wrong person and family. Totally obvious that she discriminates based on color other than hers. My receipt reads serviced my Torina and her name badge read Prudence. And Prudence and Torina proceeded to talk about my family and I as we were shopping. Both of the associates proceeded to comment about how they couldn’t believe the kind of people that come in that RA store sometimes. They called security watch over the makeup aisle as 2 of my daughters were picking out makeup to buy. Let’s keep in mind my 2 daughters were the only 2 customers in those aisle s. Can we say (ADDITIONAL DIVERSITY TRAINING TOGETHER) please. Especially to someone whose spouse works for RA as well. This cannot be a way to treat customers. My wife always tells me to G.E.T. That means Greet, Engage, and Thank. Which I received none of. So so so disappointing.

Rite aid and I go back to the Thrifty years of 5 cents ice cream scoops. Rite Aid is just Thrifty in many ways except name change. They have most of same inventory and service is great!

Such an amazing service for ice cream ?..Kevin was so patient when ordering different flavors. Not rushing us and super Friendly. My 7 year old son gives Kevin and this Rite Aid a 10/10.

I've been a customer for around 24 years. Always have recieved excellent service. Shopped at stores throughout California, as well as Oregon. Good prices, great sales and fantastic ice cream.

Store employee super rude. He could not bother to look up at the customer when asked a question. His answered were cold and rude. Not even helpful. Then got mad that the customer interrupted his counting.
The pharmacist was the opposite. She was super sweet in answering a question about an over the counter product.

Unhelpful staff. Told me they stopped taking digital coupons that you clip on the Rite Aid rewards app, when that wasn’t the issue. Stock is terrible.

Wow the employees here cannot be bothered for assistance. Came in asking if they sell baby food since aisles were empty/not stocked. The staff raised his voice at me and such a condescending tone.... Jeez just trying to feed my baby. Im sorry your job sucks. Find another one.
