We appreciate what they do, but they have to do better. Delivery for my husbands chemo meds at LL are ALWAYS late, no matter how early the order is called in. The last 3 times they have been more than an hour past delivery time, closer to 2 hours late. There's always an excuse, like being short staffed. If this is the case, reflect that in your estimated time. As a working spouse of a cancer patient, I am on a schedule as well and would like to be better able to plan my husband's appointments and my work day around your deliveries.

Worst pharmacy ever, they wont call you back even though you have left multiple voicemails. Receptionist is very rude cuts you off mid sentence. Might be easier to score crack before getting your actual prescription

I used this pharmacy for 22 years for my kids supplies then my sin ended up in the hospital and needed IV antibiotics for 6 weeks and they refused to provide his antibiotics! Then the refused to provide my son's supplies when we switched from shitty Loma Linda providers who let my son have raging diarrhea for 5 years. We switched him toCHOC and they switched his formula and it resolved. Their supply was awful during Covid and we spent 10k on formula in one year and switched more times than I could count it was awful. They have some lovely staff in the office and delivery staff too . Cory the feeding pump guru is great but there is zero patient loyalty. I owned 9- six bed facilities who all got supplies from them they've made a few bucks from supplying 58 kids GT supplies then I needed them and got a big F you. No one says that to my disabled son and gets my business. Picture of the cutie they turned their back on while billing our insurance $3500/month for his food and feeding supplies.

I can’t stand some of their SCIG supplies (or lack of supplies). I have to buy my own sharps containers (the ones they have are not accessible to my needs) and nonwoven sponges/12-layer gauze (they don’t carry them) on Amazon. I grit my teeth every week when getting ready to use the quad needle admin set. It’s so tightly wound up, I have to spend a few minutes uncurling and straightening it. Ugh.They apparently don’t get reimbursed by Medicare for the supplies and have to absorb the cost, so they have limited availability of items, is how it was explained to me. My specialty pharmacy before Medicare got me whatever I needed. With Mountain View, I have to be home for 5 hours on delivery day, because I have to sign for my order. Or, I can drive out to Loma Linda from Banning to pick them up. In 13 years of infusing and dealing with a few specialty pharmacies, I’ve never had to sign for my deliveries. The staff is fine. After dealing with CVS Specialty, Mountain View is a relief, kinda.

There receptionist is very rude she needs to be nicer over the phone. Work on your communications skills. Calls need to be recorded. Allways the same person answering the phone. I dread calling every month. Other then that every one is nice and calls back .

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have yet to talk to a single person here that is kind.

They never answer phones or return calls and every month I have to call a million times just to get my baby’s Feeding supplies.

By far the worst pharmaceutical company I've ever worked with attached is a picture of when I called them today at 10 in the morning to argue with them about them not sending my child's milk when it was due I was told to call into refill my prescriptions I did they have proof of that they said they couldn't send them because they hadn't spoke to me and that they were playing phone tag with them because they hadn't got a hold of me they weren't able to send it that was on 9 September we are now on September 21 I'm outside their facility in the sun with my autistic nonverbal son the proof is there again I called at 12:18 I stated I was outside waiting I called back again she said it normally takes 20 minutes as I'm writing this review it's 1240 and no one is yet to come outside to bring anything just terrible you all are straight disappointing

Their primary staff on weekdays are caring and aim for their best. Clearly compassionate and thoughtful. I had a crisis of a severe Pseudomonas Aeruginosa' bacterial (life threatening, 50-89% mortality) infection that lasted for much too long: over 6 months! I seriously COULD HAVE died... It happened after a device was implanted within my body and spine to stimulate spinal cord. THEY helped me with I.V. antibiotics. My IV became partially damaged. Their weekend/fill-in pharmacist was rude to me and my home nurse. I pursued a complaint only towards the 'fill-in' pharmacist. All other staff were awesome and helpful! Prompt delivery and great thoughtful folks.

Decent services delivery. Yet, problem is one of their female pharmacists has a horrible attitude with patients + ‘home care’ nurses alike. She expressed a “holier than thou” attitude while forgetting To ask deeper questions.I would prefer to pursue a complaint with their administration. No one should have to deal with poor communication skills, especially when it’s coming from a pharmacist!

The staff here at Mountain View are very nice when I pick up my daughters formula, the wait time is not even long. Thank you Mountain View Pharmacy and Louise that calls every month for refills, love how they call us to deliver to us also. We need pharmacy's like this very accommodating to patients that have a busy schedule. But thank you my number 1 pharmacy =)
