Very good attention. Despite not speaking English very well, all the staff were very friendly and offered me an interpreter when I needed one.

The survey focuses a lot on how satisfied I was with the medical team, but I would also like to thank other professionals at the hospital. Every time I had to go to the cafeteria, there was always a waitress who asked me how I was. And it wasn't a generic question; she really wanted to know how I was. I even saw her do this with customers who were in front of me in line. And the person really told her how they were feeling. I even saw a teenager venting (which is not very easy for teenagers). Anyway, unfortunately I don't know her name, but she is a night attendant and that day (Saturday the 17th) there was only her at night. Please give this employee the recognition she deserves for her kind attitude. In addition, the cleaning man who came to my daughter's room was also super kind, and the nutrition team was also great and attentive. I also couldn't forget to thank the security guards who made it so easy for us to get in without any bureaucracy. They even checked my wristband from afar so they could quickly let me in. Thank you very much for all the love and care I received during this difficult time. May God continue to bless Loma Linda Hospital.

We came in because my 3 year old broke her leg on her birthday. The day shift RN working in triage, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were cared for. She advocated for my daughter to get a bed, made sure we were comfortable, and frequently checked on us. Even though we were there for an extensive 8.5 hours, its wonderful nurses like Jennifer that make it bearable. Thank you Jennifer. Also, the ED resident MD was also extremely attentive and provided excellent care, i wish i remebered her name. The ortho MD Dr. Gidian and his resident were also amazing!! I will only bring my children to loma linda.

Loma Linda University Childrens Hospital is the most amazing children hospital around. The staff were all so loving and caring to us during our hospital stay. From the moment we entered the ER to being admitted we felt so loved and cared for. The knowledge and professionalism of the physicians was outstanding. Dr Razzouk made us feel like family, showing us such love and care for my son each day. He even made special time to talk to us as a family every step of the way as we discussed the best treatment plan for my son. The Nurses were amazing as well. They were all very smart and showed exceptional care for my son. We are forever grateful to LLUCH for the exceptional care my son was given during his stay.

If I had the option to I would not even give one star . Horrible place to be at for the children emergency department my 9month old went in at 1am for fiver the RN didn’t even comunícate that no DR was available I was thrown in a room and waited till 9 am of the next morning for them to even run a Urine sample my baby had vomit and fever the whole night the RN didn’t even check on him once the whole night , till the new RN got their I should of just token my child somewhere the RN could of at least contact the on call dr to start the process of running a Urine test or labs they waited till the next day to do all that I left at 2pm with my child still having a fever and to top it off he started twitching out of no where too . my child was having fever for 3 days already and they dismissed all my concerns and only did a urine test . They could have done labs at least I have to take my child somewhere else and hoping it’s just a uti nothing more serious this is how negligence cases happened.

you can be one of the first ones there, if your child “doesn’t seem sick” they will put you in the back of the queue for half the day. no real sense of urgency

Best hospital ever , I will no longer go to any other hospital, took great care of my 6yr old who broke his arm in the worse spot , the Doctors and Nurses were very amazing and efficient, they talked me and my family through everything and didn’t leave us out of anything that was gonna be done or needed to be done , very nice people there and very clean , Thank you so much ? I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at a worse time in my life , you guys made a horrible situation into a good one by your good communication and compassion! Thank you Loma Linda , The Best Children’s Hospital In California Hands Down !!

This hospital is by far one of the best hospitals for children. The staff here is so very patient, tender and caring towards children. My daughter was hospitalized for 6 days and each day was a blessing because of the amount of care given to her. She absolutely loved the doctors and nurses. They have child life specialist who make the stay so much easier for children, offering them toys, playtime and explantaions that they can understand to make procedures less scary. They kept me very informed the whole time and answered any questions I had in a way that was easy to understand. I will continue to come to Loma Linda for the care of my daughters. The care is just exceptional.
Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and staff. We really appreciated each and every one of you.

Loma Linda is such an amazing hospital. My 12 yr old son had to spend a total of 12 days here. All the nurses and doctors we encountered were very patient and kind and always took time with my son and made him feel cared about. Some nurses shared their card tricks with him, some played video games with him and others took time in our room and chatted with him about his crazy accident he had that landed him in the hospital. We definitely recommend this hospital to everyone. He had such great patient education from the nurses and doctors that he could teach anyone all about his wound and how to care for it and what the V.A.C. does. No one wants to be in the hospital, but we’re so grateful when we needed to be in one that it was this one.
