I been there since i was two years old due to a rare tumor I had in my back and they caught it when other hospitals said it was just a flu when it wasn't. The time i spent there were nice the nurses I had gave me teddy bears that I still have and I have it saved. I felt comfortable there and the care was amazing I cried due to me being a kid but they did their best to keep me calm. They inspired me that my dream career is to become a nurse and work at loma Linda.

I've taken my kids here for yearssss haven't been to the ER recently until today. They take HOURS even came in early in the am and still HOURS. It's like, they only have one Doctor doing all the rounds? It's insane. There's more nurses than doctors and the nurses just stand around talking about gossip.

The children's emergency is super dirty first and last time I go there I should of read the reviews before going there the nurses don't help I'm just a mother trying to get answers for my son that been getting sick for the last 2 months. Tired of these fake doctors just guessing what the patient have and don't even run test on nothing just do assumptions. But they are good to run the insurance and take are money.

We had a 12 hour wait in the ER. Hospital administrators/executives need to do a better job at staffing one of the largest hospitals in the IE.

Wife gave birth in November, 2023. It was a horrible experience in which a social worker was called. She mis-identified herself and was thrown out, and so she wrote in the medical report we were laying our newborn baby in the bassinet face down. We had to pay legal fees to stop the Child Protective Services from taking our child. There was also interviews, home inspections, examination of the baby and visits from the police. I even have her name from the medical report but I can't post it because the review keeps getting taken down.

I showed up @8:30 am and was waiting till 1-2pm in the afternoon just to be taken back to a room. If your children is in series pain don’t bothering taken them here you’ll be waiting for hours and hours.

I took my child to the emergency room. We waited over 5 hours and we were never seen by a provider. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever experienced for an emergency care. For the 5 hours we waited no one ever came to check on my child. We ended up leaving. Terrible service and I will not return here again.

I brought my 3 month old daughter to get seen after she displayed symptoms of Covid, high fever etc. they had us waiting outside in a " hot tent" for 6 hours. My daughter was only check on once ( her vitals) and we never saw anyone else after that. What a pathetic excuse for a hospital. If something would have happen you best believe I would sue.

We took our daughter here after she fell and hit her head and started vomiting the next day. They got us in and checked out quickly. All staff were so warm and kind to our daughter and made her feel so comfortable.

My experience here was terrible!! I first arrived to the loma linda urgent care due to some health issues during my pregnancy I am 16 weeks pregnant. I waited almost 5 hours before they told me they were not able to treat me and took me to the children's hospital. I arrived at the children's hospital to see an OB at 7pm I did not receive any care till 3am. The nurses would not give me an updated when I asked. No information was given to me throughout my whole wait. They finally took blood work and a urine test and still I did not receive any results. They gave me an Iv and discharged me. As a first time mother being 16 weeks pregnant experiencing pain with a history of high blood pressure I would have expected them to check on my baby's health sooner. I would never recommend anyone to this hospital.

My daughter just walked out of Loma Linda Children's Hospital without being seen after an almost 5 hour wait with my 2 year old grand son who has been vomiting for over a week with a fever and cough. She went in on the advice of nurse that said if the baby is wheezing then take him to the ER. They told her she was next at 11:00pm. It's now 2:30 am and she is walking out the door not having been seen. What is going on there! I feel like if you don't show up in an ambulance then you don't get seen. What are we supposed to do as parents when the babies are sick and we are scared and don't know what else to do while we watch them wheeze and vomit and shake with fever. They put us in hallways for hours with false promises of being seen soon or next. I will never take my grandson back to this place. They are not helpful at all
