I have had the opportunity to interact with a couple of the representatives in person and on the phone. Anita is a very friendly, informative, courteous, helpful and has the answers to your financial needs questions. She made me aware of a program that they offer and of course I went ahead and applied for it and was approved. I have also had interaction in Sylvia and her timely communication skills is amazing. They have convenient locations and great customer service representatives. This credit union is the best.
