Woman who I wont name sucks and is rude. Taking forever on a claim and she is not friendly. You can be straight forward without being a *****. I heard good things about SF, until I needed them due to flat tires from a collision. They took FORREEEVVVEEERRRRRRRR. I rely on my car for income, don't have time to wait. They have local offices but there's no benefit. Progressive was 10x better and AAA. I'm definitely going back.

I've had my insurance here for about 5 years. I've always worked with Cristina and she's so great. Great communication, follow up and super friendly. I really appreciate how she always takes her time to make sure I'm saving the most money. Definitely recommend!

Never had any issues getting help from the amazing staff at Ken Williams, State Farm Insurance. I've been in 3 car accidents, all addressed quickly and without hassle. Oh and they have great rates compared to other well-known insurance companies. VERY HAPPY WITH MY CAR INSURANCE!!

I have been with Ken Williams State Farm for a number of years because he and his staff are very professional, they quickly fInd the answers I need when I have had questions, and my insurance rates have been very competitive I would say outstanding especially when you compare apples to apples. I have also found the State Farm organization be professional and easy to work with when I have needed to. It is easy and I highly recommend Ken Williams State Farm for its great value, great service and great product.
