Highly recommend! Awesome customer service! I have been looking for months for this ring and was about to give up. I was done searching in all the Malls and Jewelry Stores. All I wanted was a plain 7/8 mm white gold comfort fit ring. Nobody had this in their stores. Only 3mm and it was making me frustrated. They could only tell me how much it would cost and they wanted 1/2 down just to order what they think I wanted. Jewelry store had to order it anyway, so I took the chance and started shopping online instead. I started searching on the weekend and the lady who called me back on her day off insure me that they were a real store and described the ring I was looking at. The price was half of what the Jewelers wanted and I had it engraved too. It was an intense two week wait, but in the end it was the Perfect Ring!

I ordered my new wedding band from their website. Ordered wrong size by mistake, their return policy and customer service throughout the whole process was TOP NOTCH!!! Can text customer service anytime and get a quick response. They were on top of my return and quickly got me my new ring in correct size. Both myself and wife absolutely love the new ring. Get compliments daily on it. Thanks for taking care of me so well. I will definitely recommend you guys to all my friends and family.

This all happened back in May. We placed an order online and hadn't received the order for two weeks. We called and the lady who answered was very rude and said we should've received another email from stamps.com's website, which we didn't. She then said oh someone refused the delivery. We didn't. Then she said there was something wrong with our address. There isn't. She then said it was sent back to them and they refunded us five days ago and we should get the refund in five days. We didn't. She then hung up on us and we can't even call them because it said their number is no longer in service. She claims we were aggressive and used foul language which is untrue. Total scam, avoid at all costs!

I received a really awful product. I knew for $50 I wasn't going to get anything remarkable, but this is just pathetic. The "Synthetic Opal Inlay" looks like sparkly tape, which is incredibly apparent because you can spot at least 7 seams of the tape where the underlying black of the ring shows through.

They are so helpful with any questions you have about sizing or metal types. I bought a ring after the assisted and when it arrived I could not have been more pleased! Quality and fit was spot on!

So easy to shop and we had a sizing issue (we ordered the wrong one) and they were so great to work with and getting our correct size we needed to us fast.

Quality rings and excellent customer service! I bought a titanium ring in the wrong size (my bad!) and was able to exchange without a problem. My boyfriend loves his birthday present and I like how stylish he looks. The new website design also makes it really easy to find what I'm looking for.
