A hidden gem. I couldn't find curry leaves for an Indian recipe that I wanted to make and they had it. It's a lovely little shop. Staff are very friendly. Seasonings are actually a lot cheaper in this store than other places like sprouts, Clark's, or Loma Linda market.

I was watching a tv show that feature a dish I have never seen before. It was called jhinge aloo poshto. Anything with aloo is a potato dish. I am particularly passionate about Indian food, and under normal circumstances I can find all the ingredients at my local market. Not the case here. Venturing out of my little hamlet I found this market on yelp, so of course, had to go. This is a tiny place is packed full of imported items from India. I was on the prowl for things like mustard oil and onion seeds. The owner was pleasant and steered me to everything I needed. The prices were very reasonable. Some of the more exotic items I use to cook with typically come from Clark's. I get sticker shock every time I'm there. In the future I will be coming here. You need a spice, they've got it.

I came here hunting for a specific product -- curry leaves. They're such a staple for South Indian cooking, yet so hard to find! Jane's Market had a good amount of fresh and vibrant leaves though, at a very reasonable price. The store is small, but is clean, well organized, and has all the essentials one would need. I picked up some spices, snacks, and pickle in addition to the curry leaves. Service was friendly. I'll definitely be back. Tip: Pull into the driveway for The Arbors from Redlands Blvd. Jane's is adjacent to Najwa's Mediterranean restaurant.
