Had to get a new motor in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The service department was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a nice loaner vehicle while they did the repairs and everything went well. My car looked great when I got it back! Someone buffed out all the scratches (a lot of scratches) and it cleaned up nicely! I thought that was really nice! The new motor has been great as well!

The service department was wonderful! They had my car done a day early and I was able to apply my coupon. The reason why I’m giving three stars is because the woman that takes your payment is completely rude and unprofessional!! She has no idea how to talk to a customer. I told her that I had a coupon and she told me I don’t do that. She proceeded to tell me that my advisor would have to do it and print out new paperwork. It was like I wasn’t inconvenience. When I returned after getting my coupon applied she told me that next time I need to have my coupon ready and that it would make everything a lot easier and that I should give it to them before they start the service. I think you should think about who works closely with the customers because this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Thank you to the service department for doing great work other than her .

Oscar Alanis, 2024 Hyundai palisade. I am not the type of person to write a reviews, in this case I must, from the moment I called the dealer, to check if they can get a SUV that it was very hard to find, I got an amazing response from the team. In less than 24 hours they got the car for us, a 2024 Hyundai palisade for my wife, beautiful SUV, she loves it , Joe A borges Gm, Reza Latifian Sal Arriola and special thanks to Lawrence Ruzagiliza, they all put a great deal together for us and delivered the car at our home in Palm Desert CA. What a special service. Most pleasant experience ever.

Took my car to this dealership for some service and wow, I was impressed. Saul was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He provided me with a loaner car before closing and I got a message in next day mid morning that my car is ready. That is outstanding. I have an will be a loyal customer to this dealership and specifically to this service department. THANK YOU!

The great customer service began with a call I had with the customer service rep. She gave me all tye info I needed to get the ball rolling on repairing my car.My contact at IE Hyundai was John Paffenroth. Hands down as professional as can be. He kept me updated on repairs and any cost that I would need to pay. He also set me up with an amazing loaner vehicle until the repais were done. He stayed in constant contact and was available to answer any questions I had. Everyone involved deserves a 10.

Advisor Saul Arroyo has mislead me and was very rude to me on the phone after he was the one who messed up. I've been waiting 5 days for repairs to even begin. I had my car towed to the dealership before I was told to contact customer service for Hyundai to cover the repairs on a stolen Veloster. He has been MIA, has not returned my calls. I specifically went to this dealership because of the positive reviews. This has been a huge headache and a huge waste of my time. They have not given me a loaner. I have not been able to work/get errands done. Saul has only added to my stress of dealing w a stolen vehicle.

I had vehicle towed in to service, Saul was my rep. He never called and told me prices prior to completion. They did an alignment but said it still pulls to the left, might be a tie rod. Might be? Wouldn't you know if it is the tie rod. He has poor customer service skills and my vehicle just sat entire weekend etc unlocked. Do not take your vehicle here. They rip people off and the other reviews on Saul and service department are spot on.

I brought in my car for 3 things: a front left headlight replacement, windshield wipers, and a cabin air filter replacement. Saul Arroyo quoted me $590.After I dropped off my car, I got a text message from Saul, a scumbag and a scammer. "Hello Jennifer, Saul from Hyundai. Looks like you need the light bulb. It does require the bumper to be removed so a bit of labor. Total with parts and labor is $230.We also did find a few other things that need to be taken care of on your car when we did a multi-point inspection. . Brake fluid is dark and old, needs a throttle body cleaning, spark plugs, coolant and suspension. The ones in most need is spark plugs $266 to get those done. Brake fluid exchange is about. $180. Please let me know what you think. --Saul Arroyo"I called him back and asked him why is the lightbulb replacement $240, and he said the lightbulb was not accessible by opening the hood. I said, okay give me 5 minutes to think about it, and I will call back. I asked a few friends, my husband, and my dad (automobile mechanical engineer in research and development dpt), watched a few YouTube videos. All unanimously said there was NO NEED to remove my tire and the bumper to reach the light bulb. This is not my first time exchanging a front light bulb, and I know for a fact that it does not cost $240 to change a light bulb.I called him back to come in to see my car in person while they explain it to me. And I asked for detailed quotes for the cabin air filter and windshield wipers but DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO PROCEED; I simply asked for quotes.I went into the service center, and this mechanic explained while I filmed it to show my dad since he wanted to see the explanation too. It was precisely the same way YouTube explained it to me, which only requires a 10mm and 12mm wrench, and you simply wiggle it out, reaching through the hood WITHOUT removing the tire. Reference: youtu.be/5xBtbSde5Ig?si=…I said I was not interested in doing the job. And the mechanic immediately got offensive and said, "Just do it since you are already here." No. That lol is absolutely not a reason for me to spend $240 on a light bulb. Also, he lied and said the light bulb alone costs "like $90". And lol, if anyone can search for anything on Amazon, you would quickly find that the LED, not even Halogen, would cost you on average $35 with some ongoing discounts. So I told them "no" again, and Saul said, "No charge because we are not doing anything today." He told me it will take some time to close everything up.2hrs go by, and he texts me again, he said the following:"Hello Jennifer. I just spoke to the tech. He had already installed the wipers an filter before you arrived to decline. Total will be $80 for wipers and filter. --Saul Arroyo"I was so upset and called him immediately but Saul didn't answer until the 3rd try, and when he answered, I told him to "put everything back, what the hell?" I NEVER AGREED TO IT." He had the audacity to say, "Well, you kinda did but ok ok ill put everything back. Come pick up your car."Here are reasons why Rusnack Hyundai is a fucking scam:1. Their goal is to rip you off.2. Saul Arroyo lies and has inferior customer service.Saul stated the tech already completed the work BEFORE I left. Lie because as I was walking out from seeing my car, Saul said "No charge because we didn't do anything today."3. The mechanic has a very poor attitude to a customer who has the right to decline the work and lied about the price of the parts. Yes, I understand the genuine Hyundai parts may cost more than average, but a single light bulb for Elantra 2013 is NOT $90. Lol.4. Doing the work WITHOUT PERMISSION. I recommend no one to come to this business because they will just finish the job and force you to pay. Lol.5. The cashier lady's attitude was horrible and said "I was on lunch but okay" when I was told to go to this lady to get my keys6. The other bald guy in the office doesn't even make eye contact w
