Elisa greeted us right away and was super helpful in not only printing out our scheme choices but also pulling all the color card samples so we could take them home to review and make our final decision. All this with a very professional and sunny disposition. She really knows her stuff and was extremely helpful and fun to work with. Highly recommend her!”

They have a very very good selection for not being that 150k sq. Ft. monstrosity of a store,of those 2%ers. So I say "support ur local M & P store". Because they support you! “DIscount 909 Tools is a great place to man-shop. The prices are decent to very good. They are equivalent to, if not less than Amazon prices on tools. Other items seem to be really discounted to blow out prices.Everyone there is super cool and very helpful. Neal makes this place a pleasant place to man-shop. He's very knowledgeable and really gives this shop a personality. I'm a marketing and sales guy, and I know a ringer when I see one and people will return just because they trust doing bussiness with Neal.If you like tools, don't think that you can run in, find what you want, and leave. That's not going to happen. Give yourself 30 min to buy and 2 hours to look because they have a large building with products stacked high. When you think you are done shopping , you'll find a hidden room with more cool stuff.Their inventory is wide. Hers a super short list. Tools towels fishing waterheaters surf camping lawn household mechanical toys brickbrack, Off-road ppd appliances plus more. I've always liked Water Heater Depot.They have good social media presence that is quick to respond and give detailed answers to questions.Think of it like this... If Water heater, Tool Depot, Home Depot, and Hardor Freight had a discount child, its name would be Discount 909 Tools.”

“I have to respectfully disagree about the customer service at the Riverside location. I have been going to this store for years. No matter how busy they are, they treat every customer with respect and patience. They are super efficient and your order is ready within the time frame they give you. They have given me a lot of advice through the years on projects, and I have heard them do the same for others in front of me. Also, you can tell they are very attentive to their customers in the trades and work hard to keep them moving and back to the job. Remember being in the customer service field is not always easy, so try not to judge those that serve us too harshly after just one bad experience.”
“Ferguson has over 1300 locations. There are three types of Ferguson: HVAC - I prefer RSD for. Plumbing supplies - the Riverside Location did an A+ Job of helping get the right part for a vessel sink (above the counter), that was not installed right. They have a warehouse in Perris that is huge. Waterworks - all the stuff outside the house, like Clay Pipes. This location is the water works, and they are in the back of the complex. The person I spoke with explained the different sizes of clay pipes and helped figuring out a solution for a headache for a sewer line. A+ Customer Service.”
