I called this morning about a car and the lady who answer could not tell me a thing. She tried to transfer me to someone and that person never pick up for about 5 minutes and she never came back and check. from that experience i can say this is not a place with smart and trained people. then i called back about an hour later and ask the same lady who i was holding for and she told me his name is Mike. She said he is busy and took my number. 7 hours later, no one called. Car i was interested in is literally 10 times the average selling price on their lot and they have no time to call back. So expect this level of professionalism. Lastly, note that ALL the 5 star reviews have no content, which suggest it is a paid review as they do not say anything specific, unlike all the 1 star review which have very specific information about their experience. There are companies that post 5 star review for pay but they just say something like " great place", "will come back again" also note most of the 5 star review have only one other review prior to them, make you wonder. I can say from my experience today, i will but my car elsewhere. If this is how their service is to get your money, what would it be AFTER they get your money?

When you buy the vehicle everything is fine, but when it comes time to deliver it, it takes too long, they promised me the car carpet and they gave me nothing, they promised me an oil change and nothing, they promised to fix the car for minimal damage and nothing, and They delivered the car dirty, in total bad service for the purchase of my Mazda cx5 I disapprove of this used car dealer

Sent all of mine and my partners income documents and they ghosted us. Thought it was very unprofessional to not simply say sorry we cannot finance you or anything of that nature. I thought it was strange and come to find out the car I wanted they increased the price 2,000 on the website the next day.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! They have given me the HARDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL experience ever with buying my First car! My car BROKE DOWN 5 days after buying it. I’ve had 3 engine replacements. Please do not go to this horrible place. It’s a nightmare in disguise. Driving PAST This Place Is The Best Thing You Can Do !
