I have been banking with citi bank for over 25 years and this bank I visit from time to time and I don't know why I even continue to come bank. The lack of customer service, knowledge, and the lack of speed to do any is beyond me. I highly recommend driving out of your way to visit another citi bank location, as there are much better citi bank locations near by.
Management also sucks here too

Only been here twice, but each time it was a hassle. When you deposit money it’s no problem, but when it’s time to withdraw they give you hell. Glad I was able to join Navy federal where they treat you with respect. Also the young lady that’s a teller to the left when you come in is very rude.

Citi bank is the worst bank. Should have read the reviews. And the teller Yazmin is incompetent, and shows no respect.

11-7-2023AN EMPLOYEE CALLED ME AT MY CELL PHONE AND I TOLD HER TO HOLD BECAUSE I HAVE ANOTHER CALL, ONCE I AM DONE I TRIED TO CONNECT TO HER BUT IT SEEMS SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE AND NEVER CALLS BACK .....I HAVE TO LOOK UP THE PHONE NUMBER IN THEWEBSITE THE BRANCH PHONE #, TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THE BRANCH BUT FAIL TO REACH THEM. I WAS TRANSFER TO THE GENERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EMPLOYEE (VICTORIA) TRIED TO GET HOLD SOMEONE AT THE BRANCH AND WAIT SEVERAL MINUTES IF SOMEONE AT THIS BRANCK WILL PICK IT UP BUT NO ONE ANSWER OR PICK UP THE PHONE.AN EMPLOYEE.AT THIS BRANCH SHOULD PICK UP THE PHONE IF THE PHONE RINGS. CALL SEVERAL TIMES, NO ONE PICK IT UP. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM DISSATISFIED. I JUST OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT THIS BRANCH ON 11-6-2023. THANK YOU. MPC

I swiped my card at Wells Fargo and somehow this Citibank got the funds.Lawsuit on its way there’s no way that should be possible. I never banked or been at this branch.

Someone at this bank allowed someone to take out thousands of dollars from my saving account. I live in NYC and have never been to this branch in my life?Inside job you think? I do!BEWARE!!!Praying this gets fixed immediately!
