Took my Chase employment check in to cash it (I have no account, fee is $10) and this branch said i could only "deposit" (which would be open an account). Took same check immediately to Redlands branch and had no problem cashing. Loma Linda Branch SCAM? Bad enough they only have 1 window to help customers (totally inadequate for customer service) SMH This branch has a lot of bad reviews it seems (#SHUTITDOWN!)

Terrible bank. There's only one teller everytime I go inside. The lines are terribly long. The atm machines are always down as well. Nothing ever works. No one to help you. Terrible bank.

I recently visited chase and unfortunately had a highly uncomfortable encounter with one of the tellers. Despite presenting all the right forms of identification, the teller (Nour) unjustly assumed I was trying to cash a fraudulent check, leading to a public embarrassment within the bank. When I voiced my concern about bias, she went so far as to call my employer to complain. This experience was not only humiliating but also a clear display of unprofessional conduct. I hope the bank addresses such incidents to ensure a more respectful and unbiased environment for all customers.

This location is very professional , also very clean atmosphere. I came in to get records of bank statements and Jess the bank branch manager help now he was very nice and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

I have had to physically walk into this branch a couple of times and both times, terrible customer service, zero professionalism. They see you waiting and not a single person bothers to acknowledge you, welcome you, or ask what you need. You see that staff sees you from their desks, but they make no effort to assist you. After waiting about 5 minutes, I walked up to someone’s desk and asked if someone would be assisting me. The person who honestly didn't even look up at me, made me feel like I bothered him yet he assisted me. What is that? I cannot believe this terrible customer service is allowed towards customers. Do better Chase. I will drive to a branch in another city before I come back to my local branch.

Service sucks and it takes a lot more time to see a service rep than does in US Bank. You don’t know how bad Chase’s customer service is until you go somewhere else.

I had an appointment but still had to wait. After 30 minutes pass the appointment time still told to wait. I had to leave and what a waste of your clients time.

The staff is very helpful they will do anything they can except for open another teller... they have five teller windows and they boarded them up and put ATM's ... they keep hiring greeters like Walmart and all they can do is offer free stuff and sell you stuff while you wait. THE LINE GOES out the DOOR! Very poor management... Makes Chase bank feel like the welfare office.

I walked away from my other Chase branch (where I've been going for many years) bc when I was in need of a solution to a problem I had (wiring money to escrow) they made no effort to resolve my issue. I came to this location and everyone I met was super nice and seemed genuinely friendly and concerned in helping me resolve my problem. Stacy and Maureen were both really helpful and found solutions to the issues I was having and helped me meet my deadline. If you want to go to a place where the employees value your personal issues then this is the branch to go too. Big thanks to this Chase team!

Helpful staff and no complaints there. But drive through ATMs are out of commission most of the time.

I shouldn't even given this a star at all. I came to open up an account for my daughter but that latina girl in the front must have been in her late 20s with blonde her turned us away. I wanted to speak to a banker since I want to open an account for my daughter who is a minor. I didn't mind waiting but she just dismissed us. Told us nobody is available to help us and we had to set an appointment. There wasn't alot of customers waiting.Ok !! That's cool I'll take my business somewhere else. Maybe Credit Union and tell other family members to pull their account from this bank and move it to more friendly bank.Too bad I had better experience from previous visit before but this girl made it horrible.

My account had a hold on it making it impossible to access my money. I went to my usual branch and they were unable to help me because I didn't have an appointment. They wouldn't be able to help me until the next day but that was extremely inconvenient for me. Prince Johnson has always helped me out in the past when I can't get help locally but his branch is and extra 20 minute drive for me. I headed over hoping Prince was there since he always goes above and beyond to help me. When I walked in and didn't see him, I was discouraged thinking I'd get the same response as my local branch. I was greeted by a female employee who asked how to help me. I explained the problem and she relayed the information to Veronica Torres who was helping out another customer. She had me wait while she finished up and brought me into her office. I explained, Veronica got on the phone, and fixed my problem in about 15 min. She gave me her card and asked me to call her if the problem arose again. I was surprised to see complaints about Veronica on here. She was very professional with me and straight to the point. I wish she was at the branch closer to me.

I should’ve read the reviews before coming to our appointment with Veronica Torres this morning LOL super unprofessional and RUDE !!! instead of Convincing us to open a joint account she made us RUN to a different bank company. She didn’t try to help us instead we felt like she was just trying to get rid of us, making us look for a coupon online ourselves instead of us helping us. We decided to go with Wells Fargo and we’re so happy we made this decision. Veronica should go work for McDonald’s or Burger King with that attitude LOL. God bless you Veronica, you need God in your life.
