Worst customer service ever. They ask you to wait and they will get back to you and then 30 minutes later they aren't still available. Please don't waste your time at this bank.

While there's only 1 teller and the rest are sitting in their little cubicle as the line gets longer and longer. Customer service is certainly lacking. They can certainly use a new management. They need to know how to prioritize. It's terrible!

Never again will I ever go to or desire to do business at this bank, about noon time 1/17. First, you wait forever then I get to the woman teller who is entirely rude from the beginning. I asked her if I could cash my check, she looks at it and rudely replies "no, you have to take it to the bank it says to" . The professionalism she showed was absolutely rediculous.

I was the first person in line and the line was so long because only 1 tailor. Man wear Loma Linda University sweatshirt cut the line. I asked him politely. He responded w/ rude attitude & said " you don't have the right to talk to me. You have to talk to employee". I told him that I wanted to clarify. No one tell me that this man used to be in line plus the tailor was very rude on top of it. She acted like I was the one who cause the problem. I also have the right to ask him because he cut my line. Organization should to train your employee that if you let customer to cut the line. Employee should to notify the 1st person in line to prevent this incident to happen. Your employee creat hostile environment because 2 conflict customers. If employee explained to me, this incident should not happen.

Always long wait. One teller today!! The teller was rude as well. She was talking with coworker not assisting a customer for while. I thought will be quick since only one customer front of me.Never come this branch. Go to Redlands.

Always a long wait. Never more than 2 tellers working at a given time. Service is mediocre. Hours are not as expected from a banking center. I went at 4:10 today (Tues) to find out they close at 4pm Monday-Friday. Why is this bank even here? It’s a glorified ATM

10+ people waiting and only one teller. Each customer takes a long time. Understand it might be lunch break. But can consider adding one cashier as needed if the line is very long. The wait is real.

stay away from them, go elsewhere. Unless you like wasting time and money, and innumerable trips back and forth. Managers are never there. They might get fired and maybe things will change...but for now it is the worst BofA branch in the valley. Good job!
