Worst customer service ever. They ask you to wait and they will get back to you and then 30 minutes later they aren't still available. Please don't waste your time at this bank.

I have had only good experiences at this branch. Yesenia, the financial center manager, has spent hours helping me until the job gets done. Thank you all for your great service.
