I was the first person in line and the line was so long because only 1 tailor. Man wear Loma Linda University sweatshirt cut the line. I asked him politely. He responded w/ rude attitude & said " you don't have the right to talk to me. You have to talk to employee". I told him that I wanted to clarify. No one tell me that this man used to be in line plus the tailor was very rude on top of it. She acted like I was the one who cause the problem. I also have the right to ask him because he cut my line. Organization should to train your employee that if you let customer to cut the line. Employee should to notify the 1st person in line to prevent this incident to happen. Your employee creat hostile environment because 2 conflict customers. If employee explained to me, this incident should not happen.

Today was the most embarrassing day in my life at your branch. I'm a District Manager for a Restaurant chain that bank with Bank of America. I went to do several cash deposits and your teller thought that I had taken a picture of her and she embarrassed me in front of about 30 members. She called the manager to let her know that I had taken a picture of her and the manager made me show them my phone to confirm that I did not take a picture of your teller. Your teller made a big deal about this not knowing that I in fact did not take a picture. I did not and have no reason to take pictures of your teller. She said "he is making me feel so uncomfortable when the uncomfortable was me because of the accusations she was making towards me" Your bank has 2-star yelp review and there is a reason why you have such a low yelp rating.

The worst customer service let alone you'll be standing in line for hours because they have 1 clerk helping and the others just laughing and worrying about what they are having for breakfast lunch and dinner

Don't come to this bank unless you have 40 minutes to an hour every time they are extremely understaffed in bank tellers. The worst bank of America I have ever been to in my life. Everyday there is only 1 teller and theres many other employees either standing around or doing something else while the line is out the door. Treat there customers poorly and over all just extremely inconsiderate. I just moved here and I'm not excited about this being my local bank and having to deal with this frequently.

The wait time is ridiculous at this location. Without fail, everytime I make an in-house visit, it does not matter how long or short the line is, the wait time is at the very least 20 min. Only use this location If you have time to spare.

Good Bank in a good area. Two outside walk up atms. They have one drive thru atm. Would be nice if they maximized their drive thru by installing an additional atm.

A total Nightmare everytime I go here !!! Long line with 1 teller because they are all at lunch. They are at lunch at the busiest time of the day!!!

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF AT POSSIBLE!! Worst Bank Ever!! My card was " eaten" in the drive thru atm at this location. They couldn't find the card nor was the card returned to me in the drive Thur atm. Went in and explain what happened, they issued me a temp card .... the lady said told me that my card was canceled out .. I asked her twice to make sure the card was canceled.. she said yes! The lady also told me this ha happened to a few customers the day prior! The next morning I found 5 charges on my account which would of required the card in hand to access use! I called customer service immediately and the lady told me that my card was never canceled out!!!! So if the card was " eaten" like the bank told me how did someone have my card??? The bank in loma Linda is open from 9-4. I went back to the bank to let them know what had happened.. I arrived a little after 3, asked to speak to the bank manager and was told she was unavailable since she was on her lunch! Seriously.. !!!! Looking for a new bank!

I love it. But I don't have don't visit for anything gif and I can judge on that. My thing is the atm machines been down and no signs of that in any of the machines. Again. It's greater and I do see the lines to go inside but it wasn't that bad before pandemic.

Very poor line management. Customers were standing outside in the parking lot, directly under sunlight, and the security "inadvertently" let in people, who were not in line... twice. Then the line came to a halt once the armored vehicle came in. I wonder if the business conducted with the armored vehicle could be completed outside of business hours. That way, the elderly wouldn't have to stand in the sun for an additional 15 minutes.

Doesn't even deserve a one star! 5 customers in line with one teller and two associates behind the teller on their computers. I have seen it too many times. Really bad customer service and the "Relationship Managers" are so detached from it all. Very inconsiderate. Acknowledge customers and walk up to counter to help!!!
