0 stars!!!!!!!!!!! This place is horrific!!!!!!! Absolutely infested with rats!!! Lost my wedding dress that was in plastic and in a box... Family photos, baby clothes! Everything!!! Their owners KNOW people store food which is not allowed yet do nothing about it! They don't care what so ever as long as they get there dam money!!!!!! Save your belongings and go else where!! This place needs to be shut down NOW!!

They stole stuff out of my storage. My old school classic swinn bicycles, my ps3 with a bunch of games, controllers, etc. My Nintendo 64 with a bunch of games, and a couple boxes of misc. Things. And I rented a space here for over 5 years. Find a better place! This place is alllll badddd!!!!

They are the best self storage place in Lodi! I have never had to worry even the slightest bit about my stuff and they are very fair prices my rent has never gone up and their facility is always clean. I checked out several facilities one of which was twice as much horrible location no carts to help you move your stuff in and horribly old storage lockers oh and when the chick went to show me the unit the golf cart was dead!! What a joke it was!! Anyways I would recommend wise choice self storage in Lodi to anyone looking for a safe secure clean at affordable prices!!! Thanks guys!! Oh and renting a unit comes with a really cool key chain!!

I have had a unit at Wise Choice for over 10 years now and I have nothing but the best customer service. I have also never had any problems with rats or any other rodents. I stop by in person to pay my rent every month and Bridget and Eddie are always very pleasant. I would highly suggest renting a unit here. I have also referred approximately 12 others thru the years and I know of 5 that have changed storage facilities. Great Job !!

This place is disgusting and management is horrible. Rats got into my storage and when I notified management, they laughed. They do not take any measure to deter rodents from their facility. I had to get rid of half of my 10x20 unit because the rats ruined almost everything. I have had multiple run ins with management and no matter how nice I am, they are rude. They are slumlords. I am moving what's left of my belongings to a storage facility that actually cares about its tenants belongings. This place is a rat p*** infested joke.

This place is disguising and management is rude and horrible. Rats got into my storage and ate everything I have to get rid of half of my 10X20 unit because it was completely ruined. When I told management there were rats, they laughed. I've had multiple run ins with management and they are ALWAYS rude to me no matter how nice I am being to them. They are complete slumlords. I am moving what's left of my belongings to a new storage facility. This place is a disgusting rat p*** infested joke. If you want your items to be taken care of while in storage, do not come here!!!!
